Simply awesome. Fantastic service, location and rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Great hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The balcony rooms are large and set out nice. The bathroom is huge, can fit 4 people in shower and the bathroom has a full size bath tub. TV could have Netflix or something like it, but does have very recent movies you can buy. Internet speed seems fine. Bed is comfy with a good selection of pillows. Would recommend staying at the swissotel if you are in the area.

I just saw it while shopping, but there was a sense of luxury.

Thought the hotel was fantastic, but its position makes it hard to pick uo and drop off. Definetly good for work travel where you don't have a car. Central to most things.

Staff were super friendly, room was clean, central location, didn't have to walk more than 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go All in all good stay

The hotel it's self was beautiful but the service in the bar and the restaurant was so bad it was unbelievable

Location - location! Right smack in the CBD. Close walk to St James & Town Hall stations. Short walk to Hyde Park. Service was good and attentive. Enjoyed the heated pool & sauna. Buffet breakfast was alright and the highlight being the eggs benedict. Room was clean although I felt that the bed was way too soft. Overall a great stay.

Probably one of the best services I've seen so far. Swissotel is placed next to shopping, restaurants and Darling Harbor. Very nice rooms and very clean.

Modern hotel with great facilities, would happily use again.

This time to Sydney, the hotel is convenient, the service is very good, the room is very good, and it is very close to the attractions, it is a good choice!
At the end of the New Year's Eve, I went back and found that the hotel was entertaining a bottle of red wine.

Not exactly what you expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. I am currently staying here and a dental kit I requested did not get delivered and I had to go out to get one after waiting for 30 mins.

Not the best breakfast at 35 bucks. Hilton across the road has more variety.

The front office is let down by their support team and concierge may be. Very slow response!

I would not stay here again.

The rooms are good size and quality. The best part of this hotel is the excellent staff.

Went for a high tea session, and there was a nice variety of food and also a range of drinks available. One of the members in my party came down with an upset stomach and the staff were very helpful, providing cold, bottled water and also were concerned with the member of my party. One of them even accompanied them to the bathroom to make sure they were ok. They also took down the number of that person to follow up. Great customer service and range of food.

We organized the high tea party at the right floor. The heigh tea design is very modern. The meet tart and the chocolate mousse. Nice place to have a meeting. The waiter is very kind and the environment is quiet and nice.

Overall a great hotel...but...the gym. COME ON, a leg press machine that tops out at 80 kilos? You might as well just throw that out. Also, the dumbbells only go to 20 kilos. Even hotels in the USA have heavier weights than that. I expected better from this caliber of hotel.

I was very lucky to get an early check in. I had a beautiful view, a clean comfy room, and delicious breakfast. I enjoyed the live music in the bar in the evening. There is a nice gym, and wonderfully helpful staff. Such a perfect spot - so handy to everything. Would definitely come here again!

I went to a high tea with family and friends, and we had a great time,love the experience and the staffs were really nice, professional and helpful.

Located right next to a metro station (direct from the airport), perfect room.

Buffet high tea was nice, used a Groupon voucher for this. The buffet part of the high tea service was probably the highlight for this high tea, because unlimited food for two hours was generous. Staff were pleasant and fast to respond for tea and drink requests but apparently were a bit touchy when they hadn't known about the Groupon voucher beforehand (the person in my group with the voucher arrived late, which might have been why - no idea why the tetchiness though). Piano playing staff member provided good background music. Would reattend but probably only on a weekday w normal high tea or a Groupon voucher for weekend buffet high tea.

Good hotel with perfect service, please note that the restaurant is closed on some days and that you activate premium WiFi without confirmation (a $ 20 per day)

We often use this venue for our corporate meetings and investment seminars, its central with valet parking and excellent food. Definitely recommend.

just an average service , didn't feel i was at a 5 Star hotel , rooms are very tight , I had to ask for the tooth brushes .
me and my friends booked at the spa of the hotel the Older lady with the blond hair was rude .

We stayed in an executive suite, one of the few hotels which could accommodate my whole family (2+2) in a single room. Great location, comfortable beds, very nice buffet breakfast. The use of the executive lounge was also a nice bonus.

Amazing place, modern and classy. Great location and bang for the buck if you get the executive lounge access with parking package. Valet is $60 alone in Sydney. You also get the faster wifi for free. The executive lounge is really nicely stocked and breakfasts are great. They even leave water bottles in your car at pick up time. The only downsides are the lack of a 24h gym and the long wait times for your car (can be 15-20 minutes so always call in.) but overall will definitely be back!

Central City location. Close to most useful things in Sydney.. theatre is across the road

I went for a high tea to celebrate my 21st, it was lovely and delicious!

Had drinks with a few friends, wait staff was polite, well-dressed and very attentive to our needs with great communication. Food and drink was very good.

Service was great. The treats given weren't that great though and the area was a bit small. But overall it was a nice experience.

Staff were friendly and knew there job perfectly. My favorite was the concierge i asked where we could park & he stopped the traffic to let us park so he could give us directions on where to park. This man made my day 5 stars to him. My only complaint is parking is down the road $80 for them to park or $45 to do it yourself. Breakfast was average nothing to rave about. Room was clean but i like a top sheet.

Went for High Tea Buffet at Crossroads. It was fantastic. Food was worth every dollar, tasty and good quality and the service was great too.

Great friendly staff, beautiful reception area which can also be said about the room. Everything was as expected and made a birthday stay amazing. The room was well equipped with decent quality utilities and bedding. The hotel management went above and beyond with a special gift for my bday which was a very nice surprise. I Would recommend swissotel.

Had high tea pretty and fancy looking setting. Our 10yr old girl didn't get enough food after that. Very friendly staffs nice drinks, teas and coffes It was hot and humid day but air conditioning was just not feeling cool enough.

this is the place to stay, everything is wonderful and a real pleasure to be their .
the rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated , service was spot on every need was addressed and answered to our satisfaction . I would happily recommend this hotel to any traveller who wants comfort, Quality and a very pleasant stay .

Very disappointing. As a regularly returning customer, I will not return again. Upon arrival to our room, water leaked all over my bag from some kind of issue with the fridge. This made my outfit for the evening wet and therefore I was unable to go out for dinner as planned. I alerted the hotel to the issue with the fridge, which was attended to. There was no care for the impact of being unable to go out. When I raised this, the staff member advised he would apply discount upon my check out. This was followed up the next day as I did not feel confident, however he was, again, dismissive. When I went to check out, there was no record of the issue and no discount was available. The staff member advised they would call before charging my account, however no call came and they charged me without discount.
I am not fussed about not going out for dinner, but am fussed about the very poor customer service. I'll add that the room was not serviced/cleaned despite the 'make up my room' sign being on.

Stayed overnight in one of the suites to celebrate my birthday. The room was amazing. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city. The only thing I would change is to stay longer to take full advantage of the executive lounge.

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. Centrally located in Sydney CBD. Spacious rooms and a spacious bathroom. Bed was v comfortable. The lobby also has a bar and a trendy setting. The room also has a coffee machine and pods for in room use. Ironing board and iron are also provided. Alarm clock and USB ports are provided for convenience. The hotel also provides a free mobile called Handy which can be used by guests during their stay to make calls. I never used it but for international travellers this would be a very "Handy". Great idea Swissotel. Would certainly book here again.

All the team should learn from him.
From top service and so good on his job.
Positive energy and totally go up and beyond to make every customer to make you come back again.

Very good experience and fantastic way to unwind after HSC.

Unbeatable location. Lovely well appointed clean room with featherlight doonas. Great food with unusual menu. All staff very professional. EVERYTHING works. Actual instructions in room for movie/tv operation. Exceptional. I will return soon.

The place is overall great i enjoyed the night staying here. the staffs are very accommodating and the place is clean and neat as well.

Good view and clean. The bed, pillow and duvet were super comfortable. Best bed I have slept in.

Excellent service at this hotel. Truly the Swiss service is uniquely accommodating. They offer a variety of different pillows based how you sleep. The breakfast is a delight! Every morning they bring honeycomb from their rooftop beehives for brekky every morning, pretty amazing.

Were there for high tea. The food and dessert were amazing.

Air conditioning didn't work properly in room. The worst night's sleep: hot and dry. Decked out like a 5 star but travellodge experience or worst. Reception all smiles on superficial level but unhelpful and inhospitable when it came to solving the issue.

ge8 hotel located in CBD for shopping and food but pricey A$450 /night

Right on the pedestrian street, in the center of the city center, it is very convenient to go everywhere, surrounded by famous shops, high school and low-end restaurants. The position advantage is not to be given. The characteristic of the hotel is that LOBBY is on the 8th floor, and there are usually people on the ground floor to greet and give guidance. It is more difficult to park in front of the door, but there are no flaws. The lobby is very large, but the coffee, restaurant, front desk, and meeting rooms are all on the first floor. The layout is a bit messy. Refer to my picture. The rooms are definitely 5 stars, and they can get full marks for details and hygiene. The service is also in place. One more thing, it s a good meeting here, it s a good idea, on the 8th floor, upwards, there is simulated natural light in the meeting room.

Room was great, comfortable bed, bit of a funky design to the room. Shower was nice and large though made a bit of a puddle through the door. Good wifi and a great range at the buffet breakfast with cooked to order eggs and omletes. A great touch was the whole honeycomb from the hotels rooftop bees. A great place to stay, right on the edge of the main shopping mall and a short walk to most attractions.
