Exceptionally helpful staff, not used to this level of courtesy in Moscow. Room could use some detail maintainence but prices are resonable. The view and staff at the bar was amazing! Great lunch too. A must see view for visitors and locals alike!
Swiss business advantage room. Yes, clean, full bar. But strange - the plumbing has been replaced with something nameless, and this is no longer 5 stars. The room was confused by the door to the next room, but this is prejudice, rather, since everything is securely closed there. But the arrangement of the shower space parallel to the bathtub without a partition is very Swedish - if you stand under the shower, the rug floats. If you leave the bathroom, it is wet under your feet :)) I saw this for the first time. :)

Very beautiful place, well cared for street and landscape staff. Pure very. But the rooms inside are badly warmed up or, on the contrary, have nothing to breathe. Was better a couple years ago. Avoid rooms 1 on all floors. Elevator noise.
20 minutes on foot to the red square. A limited express for the airport leaves from nearby. Hotel man is very kind in English.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The staff is perfect .. I'm seriously, he's perfect. I have already lived here several times at work, and every time I fly away in ecstasy. I love the height and always stay in hotels on the upper floors, if there is such an opportunity. This hotel is practically a high-rise. A club room with access to a Swiss club is entertaining. The mini bar is good.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The wine was disgusting and sour, and the staff was very rude. Bad service. I will never come here again.
Great service! There were a number of free small things in the course that added a personal touch to our stay. Well worth of 5 star
