Very nice hotel in Moscow. Big rooms, good facilities. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Nespresso machine and kettle. Comfortable beds. It was very quiet in the hotel.

The good location of the hotel. Near the House of Music, the monastery. The central attractions are no longer than 20 minutes by car. I stayed here on and off for three months while working in Moscow in winter. The executive club floor is a must. The rooms are modern and well sized. The service, at least the executive club floor, was top notch. The view at night of the river and the night lights, the day watching the ice floats. I would return here if working nearby. Moscow traffic is abysmal, really pays to stay close to where you need to be.

Only visited the lovely skybar; excellent view, great ambiance and the style of the bar is chic. Just terrible memory about this hotel. This hotel looks like prison inside and outside:) . All staff have attitude , I felt very disappointed .. Expensive room was so small, like closet. Just terrible, I do not recommend this hotel. Seems like many fake people reviews about this hotel. Completely terrible!

One of my favourite hotels of the world! Located very nice - beautyfull 45 minutes walk along the river to red squer! Awesome bar on top - with the best moscow mule! Try it And after a long day of work or after a long flight I always take a relaxing bath...

So first of all you have to say to the rooms I had a Swiss avant-garde on the 15th floor instead of a standard room. The rooms are not big for a room in an international 5 star hotel. In my room, the furniture is already worn and I feel the room as cold and not very pleasant but that's a matter of taste. The bed room is nice but the toilet is open and visible from the room. The staff is very well trained and very attentive since you can easily and 5 stars, everything was done immediately. The breakfast but for two person is crazy 59,00 Euro this is clearly exaggerated and I am not surprised that the breakfast room is empty at these prices. Just the fact that, the breakfast is so expensive and the sandart rooms are so expensive let me return to my old 5 star hotel in the future. In all, you can 5 stars awarded there are drawbacks

We came to Moscow on a business trip and got to the festival of light. We stopped at Swissotel Red Hills. It was enchanting. The final day was observed from his room. This is by far the best hotel that I ve stayed in any location, and as an experienced traveler, I have stayed in many. The staff is very courteous and extremely responsive. Any requests and house keeping shows up within minutes, which is far cry from the typical not-so-friendly customer service that I am used to seeing in Europe. Breakfast options are really good. Depending on what type of room that you are staying in, if you have access to the executive lounge is an added bonus. Good breakfast, not so great lunch, but really good dinner options. Speaking of dinner, definitely try the restaurant at the top, you get a stunning view of Moscow.

If you are not into a big breakfast, the small cafe at the ground floor also has some good light options. Restaurant on the second floor has some good options.

Gym is above average, although not that extensive. Not a big deal if you re not a weight lifting buff. Swimming pool is really clean and well maintained.
