The location of this hotel I attended for the meeting is very good, the food is very good, the rooms are clean, but the welcome at the entrance of the hotel is awful, and even the hotel customers get a parking fee of 40TL per day.

The location is a central point in the middle of Taksim, Harbiye and Besiktas. It is nice to be close to the shuttle point for both airports. There are many facilities for transportation, shopping and sightseeing. It is possible to watch the magnificent Istanbul strait from the nature as a landscape. I had been to the convention center, having a large and comprehensive area. I would like to make my next visit as a holiday stay. I would like to try the kitchen and social facilities.

The swimming pool does not respect the safety distance.
The service at the pool is mediocre, not in line with the rest of the place.
Above all, do not change your money there the rate is enormous!

We were at the tea time in Cade swiss. Desserts, food, drinks were very good. Our favorite was the vanilla Apfelstrudel. Muhammed Altun Bey took care of us. We also thank him for his smiling face.

The Executive Lounge has been a wonderful experience, especially when Emine was serving us. She was very kind and polite, and couldn't have represented the hotel any better. In my eyes, she needs to be promoted and given a rise as I have never seen such wonderfully service from a member of a hotel. Emine also brought everything very quickly to us which helped with our tight schedules. Emine and the Swissotel Hotel has been amazing. Thank you Swissotel and Emine.
The service was very nice. The waiters are very interested and smiling faces. The place is very beautiful as if you are in the alp mountains.
