Huge 5 star hotel that is divided into two wings: west and east. The attention to detail surprises, as well as the friendliness of the staff. It has many meeting rooms and halls for giant events. It is very easy to get lost among the multiple floors. It has an excellent spa, a very complete gym, outdoor and indoor pool, a roof top where you can have a drink contemplating magnificent views of the Bosphorus and two restaurants. The food is of very good quality and very varied. You can taste many typical Turkish dishes and their fabulous desserts. The rooms are very spacious, clean and with incredible views. Without a doubt it is a very good option to stay if you visit Istanbul.

beautiful hotel, superb setting, on the other hand I am amazed at the bedding how bad it is not worthy of a 5 star hotel, and the roof top magnificent atmosphere at the top

50 lira for one hour parking and 350 lira for two breakfast is way over budget. But the location and the view is unique.

Great environment chalet restaurant very naive employees especially ayberk bey. Service ambient cheeses presentation wines everything wonderful in one word. You must meet the amazing ambiance offered to you by the fireplace

Absolutely amazing hotel. Location is fantastic, near to lots of attractions, staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and hotel amenities are great. Two swimming pools and amazing gym, great roof top terrace, wonderful executive lounge with amazing views and good selection of food. Room is very comfortable and spotless. Bathroom is great and includes a great shower. WiFi is free and relatively fast. Had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful place with a nice Bosphorus view. Comfortable rooms and good service. My room was upgraded complimentary to have a sea view. Very nice restaurant (Gunaydin) adjacent to the hotel. Note that the hotel is on a mountain and it is very difficult to climb without a car.

Absolutely immense hotel and excellent breakfast. Amazing views! Nitpicking - the AC was intrusive at times and the shower system could have more options such as variable pressure/streams. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
