The hotel is excellent.Ongangan Sea view.Every clean and especially thank you very much to Hakan Bilgin gentlemanly interested in us.I want to make the trail again comes in front of the hotel thanks very much.

I am extremely particular with hotels to the point where my husband and I spent over 2 months searchung for the perfect hotel in Isntabul for our wedding anniversary.

Finally we decided on Swissotel the Bophorous and we are so pleased. The service is oustanding . Every single member of staff go out of their way to help you. From the reception checkin staff to the doorman to the security staff to the waiting staff even to the cleaning staff... every single person is so friendly and ready to help with eveything..

my husband and I had the best room I have ever stayed in.. we stayed in the west cnr bosphorous king room... we had a viee of the ocean, the full moon, the maidens tower, the blue mosque, the bosphorous bridge, the asian side , the dolmabace palace the mosque and the clock tower. this room is fantastic... I noticed that this exceptional oustanding service was give to every single guest at this hotel... I could go on but definately I would rate this a 7 star hotel ..clean rooms and very comfy beds as well and amazing bathrooms... Love it

Quite large, well maintained and professional hotel. Room was spacious, with view to Bosporus and Dolmabache palace. It took me a while to figure out how to turn off all the lights, but I managed it eventually. Bed was spacious and sleeping peaceful. Room keeping is unobtrusive and efficient. Also other staff was helpful and friendly. It took us a while to get registered upon arrival and I think it was hotel procedures that kept staff from process us more efficiently. I western parts of Europe one would not get half of the service here for the same price. On negative side, I would only mention location that is some 4 km from old historical centre (Sultanhamet), however taxi service is easily accessible and at reasonable price.
