Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul Review

I am amazed with their rooms. I got a room with a view towards the ocean and wow it was great. I think it was called a panoramic view or something but it was beautiful.

Very frinedly staff, from the morning breakfast which was served by Mr.Ayberk to dinner by room services,everything was perfect,the view is just mesmerizing,definitely ging to stay here next time again,Thanks Swiss hotel.

This place is clean and beautiful. I ate the chicken sandwich here, I loved it, it was very delicious.

The massage was great. Dila is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He listens to you and applies the best massage. Immerse yourself in the hands of Dila and go to another world with calm ambiance and awesome special oils.

During my 2 months stay in Swissotel I can say everything nearly perfect, what I expected from well known hotel. We've got a super nice view with markets nearby which is easier for us to buy essentials needed. The staffs are all also very accommodating. The housekeeper Fuat who has been cleaning our room 2521 is very helpful and kind; whenever we needed any help with something we don't understand he would always be around to help us especially when he can speak English (it was easier for us to communicate and get what we needed). His cleaning service is also great . I'm always feel satisfied when I come back from breakfast to see my room clean and neat. The moments I spent here are without a doubt very enjoyable. Will be missing Swissotel very much, especially all the nice staffs.

In the middle of the city but in a quiet, very luxurious place to stay; Super.

The lobby is the nicest hotel. The service and taste are also good.

The time of a summer day by the pool. Very nice shady places (if you arrive early enough). The food is good but not very hearty and so not cheap.
The service is nice, attentive but a little overwhelmed.

Great location in the second building, and not the most amazing, but the price is expensive, but it is worth the breakfast, but the hotel is excellent

I lived in the room in the corner and never saw a view in my life from a hotel room nicer than the one I saw. The hotel is very clean and also the most beautiful view of the hotel lobby I have ever seen is for this hotel.

Specially in executive lounge, we had a good experience. Mis Esra was so pationate to her work and very polite and kind and took attention to details.

We had a great event at Swissotel Istanbul at the Chalet with open air. It was a great ambiance with great service. Food was amazing! Especially thank to Mr. Hakan, Mr. Harun and the team that gave us a great service.

Sultan Park is a very nicely located garden. However, the hotel's car entrance and exit is problematic, the area is narrow.

We had the Swiss experience in the Chalet restaurant, the ambiance was fine. We ate our meal in the cozy mountain house at the top of the Alps :) We would like to thank Samet for his interest and interest.

We left the place we went hesitantly, so happy that with my wife. We thought the Arabs were in the majority but Europeans were more guests. I would like to thank Mr. Talat, especially Ms. Ceren, Ms. Emre and Mrs. Duygu, who took great care of us in the Swiss cafe. I am really happy when I see people who are so friendly and fond of their job.



We had kebab and grilled meatballs as main course. It would have been okay, I would have wanted a different presentation in the presentation compared to that price.

Finally, the staff's smile and making you feel special makes this place add to my list of places to go again.

I sat in Cafe Swiss waiting for my room to be ready... The view is amazing on the Bosphorus, and the service is excellent. Special thanks for Ilayda for her kind and warm attitude, she was super nice!
