Nice hotel. Lovely interior. Too bad the surrounding area is not pretty enough and bad traffic at office hours.

It is a descent hotel, but the parking is very complicated and the elevator very slow. If you are here for business in the Kota area, then maybe it is a descent place to go. But the food is not that good, not as good as the Swiss bel in the southern part of the city

this was what I've been through when I would someone to open my minibar:
-> I called the receptionist, then she told me to call kitchen
-> kitchen told me to call receptionist again to confirm whether I already put a deposit or not (my husband was not there so I could not ask him neither)
-> then the receptionist said yes
-> I called the kitchen again to convey confirmation from the receptionist
-> about 20 minutes later someone came and open the mini bar

Easy to find, near mangga besar train station. I was using the meeting room which located on the 2nd floor near the restaurant. To access the meeting room, we had to pass the restaurant, no other way..and that was a little uncomfortable for me. Staff was less friendly, no smile at all even when we asked for something. Only available one restroom for both men and women which near the meeting room, and it's less clean. Lunch was so so but the coffee break snacks was good. Wifi was fast.

The hotel is strategically located ... but the carpet is a bit less clean ....

the place is nice, only if there are mosquitoes in the lobby ...
