Stayed during a Business Trip to attend a Exhibition at Jakarta International Expo.

The room is big, clean and nice. Enjoyed my stayed over here especially the buffet in the morning are standard la....

Quite convenient to get 'Blue Bird' taxi as it is close to the expo. However, the taxi driver is very tricky and it you want a receipt they will charged you more and different amount as stated in the receipt. Beware those fake 'Blue Bird' Taxi that don't have a meter at all.

The lobby is big, smell good. The receptionist was friendly, the restaurant staff was very helpful, the hotel was good

Strategic location, complete for seminars. Look for food outside many choices non-stop 24 hours

We can ask for a room with a good view.
Parking is available up to 2 basements, the lift goes directly to the lobby.
Complete toiletries, clean bathroom, clean towels.
Hotel facilities complete with swimming pool, wifi, gym and spa.
Very satisfied staying here ..

The marketing part of ci Jeny is very good and really really helps smoothness. The hotel staff also provides good service. This hotel is often used as a training venue from the service. So the turnover of people is quite large. Parking that still need special attention. Because if hotel guests are full, they will bother invited guests in the parking lot. The parkkr team and hotel security were very helpful

Nice hotel even not at the best location but quite near to Asian Cuisine restarants...
Its ballroom has bis space inside and outside the room.

Great hotel but must be improved on toilet maintenance (empty soap & tissues, small water flow from wastafel, broken door), hasnt proper mosque for visitors & guests inside hotel with good access & wudhu, blur LCD at workshop, too standard menu for snack which coffee taste is strange, no brown sugar, too dark wall painting.

Please improve it better

this is the first time staying at the hotel the lights go out from jam2 until 9 am, is it true that a hotel this big doesn't have a generator.! and the smell of the room is also like there is a smell of burned wires.

Superb hotel. Staff are very friendly and hotel is modern. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was tasty. The rooms are well maintained, and so the drainage was good and AC was cold. Also managed to get a free upgrade.

The hotel is ok. There is only a television channel that has a speckled and blurry color. The channel is also a lot. Internet is pretty good 10mbps. Then if the roommate contains 2 people, why is it only given sandals 1? 3 days there you have ingredients or change automatically
