We have booked ''Newly Renovated Room'' which was not renovated at all. Misseling .. Room old and stinks as usual, very bad food. You really need to look in your facilities, even power plugs in the room did not work. After check in we found out executive lounge was closed for guest because of the event, when we asked for the refund we were told we can't ge it. Overall experience as bad as usual. I look forward to your effort to improve the hotel.
