Good hotel, good service, nice view, and 100% good food to die for

A very nice and comfortable hotel to stay. Only about 1 hour from Jakarta.

view the location is cool, facing the artificial lake and mountain, the room is ok, but the water in the toilet of the seminar hall is not smooth ... please pay attention again considering that many guests from agencies use the hall for the seminar.

The last time was here in 2013, now 2018 is really different. After the renovation it still looks new.

Especially now that we can come here faster because there is a Bocimi toll road, and we leave at Cigombong. From the Cigombong toll gate, it is only 2km.

Good place for stay cation. For food on the buffet it needs to be a little upgraded. For those in the shack or stall it is good.

Hotel is good as they have just renovate the area. But the renovation still ongoing so some places area still under maintenance. For something called resort, they dont have much activities to offered. It is good for you who just want to spend the day at hotel and seeing the famous lake lido. However they have polite and friendly staff .

Cool, luxurious, comfortable atmosphere ... dear expensive ... but it's comparable

The exterior and the public areas look pretty well maintained. However, our bedroom and bathroom didn't look as maintained. Dirty corners and clogged drain in the shower, sink was moldy and the toilet didn't seem to be cleaned beforehand. As from breakfast, even tthough they managed to provide some plastic gloves as a part of their new normal protocol (though I didn't think it would do anything), I didn't see much being done in terms of the health & safety protocol. Most of the buffet food left uncovered and the food was substandard. I might be a bit too blunt in this, but honestly there's so much improvement needed.

Now the streets are getting better but still in the development stage to be better, if it is finished it must be nice and comfortable, going to the BOCIMI TOLL line is also close. and the view is also nice there is a lake and a floating restaurant.

I was there for weekend gateway, the hotel mostly is good, neat and food is good. But the service was just so so. No one taking us to the room so we have to find our own room; No bath rope in the cupboard and hot water did not works in our room the next day. But for recommendation of weekend escape from hustle bustle jakarta, this hotel can be the destination.

OK facilities. Okay room. Okay food. The location is a bit far from the crowd. Unfortunately lido lake is not part of the hotel. Tp view of Mount Salak and its lake is very nice.

I like the view there are lakes and mountains. Pool access rooms with comfortable balconies. Pool is also equipped with ball balls the children really like. But unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms is still a lot of dust and there are cobwebs. The bathroom also seems old, where the garbage on it rusty and near the shower there are spiders. please pay close attention to cleanliness so that guests feel comfortable.
The breakfast is delicious even though there is a little menu. And there is no sausage menu. Usually star hotels always provide. For outdoor playgrounds it is good but for indoor I am a bit confused why people enter using footwear?
