Pedigo Furniture Review

My husband and I have purchased several pieces from Pedigo. We always love the warm welcome we get when coming into the store. We feel as though we get a great price for the quality of furniture we purchase! With the different payment options we're able to really work what we want into our budget. I love the sales team, they're awesome, as are their delivery guys. We will continue to purchase from Pedigo so long as they are here! Support your local businesses!

We went in to pay our bill. Was greeted at the door as always. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Oh and we got a new kitchen table and chairs at a very good price. Will be here Monday I'm excited. I've been looking at it for about 6 months lol. I'll never buy furniture anywhere else.. EVER

Super comfortable. And they took my old couch to give to someone that needed it. I highly recommend shopping local!

We hopefully will be closing on a house 31st March so we visited Pedigo Furniture and met with Carolyn, she is awesome. Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. We returned today for the Anniversary Sale. Carolyn was SUPER, advising with no pressure, leaving us alone when we were uncertain and coming in when we needed assistance. This was our first visit to Pedigo Furniture, in particular the Livingston store, and it was a success. There is quite a variety of furniture there to see. Our sales consultant, Debbie P. was so very helpful and patient. All staff was masked and friendly.

Very nice. Escorted me through the prospects, then left me alone to look for myself. I was noooot pursued as a salesman would at a car dealership. Expensive, but what you get is crafted hard wood furniture that is worth the price.

I have shopped at Pedigo's for years.. They always provide excellent service backed with a terrific product. This past time, I took advantage of their interior designer on staff. She helped me with all of my ideas and gave some great suggestions. My salesperson Jodelle, was amazing as always. I love this store and plan to shop there again!

We purchased a beautiful day bed for my 15 yrs old granddaughter. It was at a great price on sale and I think delivery was free. They came and got my old bed and set it up really quick. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable about everything. I'll be needing some new furniture soon. I can't wait to work with the flour planner on line and see what great stuff will go in my smaller home we purchased last year. . I recommend this store to everyone who needs great service and support. .

Whenever I have shopped at Pedigo Furniture in Livingston, Texas, I am amazed at how knowledgeable and thoughtful the sales consultants are. If you ask them a question, they will not stop until they have an answer for you. Patience personified! I have been particularly pleased with Jodelle Krieger. She gets an A+ in all areas of sales consulting.

SURPRISE! We found something we really liked! Our sales person J.K. was so happy to help us find something we really needed. She was fun but also took care of business. This was a nice introduction since we've never shopped here before. Surely, I'll be back. There are a few other items I want to get and I already know where to find them. Yippee!

This company is unbelievable and a rip off. Couches that you buy here you can in Conroe furniture for 300 to 400 less.

Debbie was very sweet! I was indecisive, but Debbie was patient and helped me make some really great choices! Thank you for all of your help! The furniture is really great quality, and the prices are nice! The delivery was fast, and the delivery drivers were extremely nice! They made sure that nothing was damaged during the delivery!

Nice furniture with great payment options. So many different wonderful choices. Love it.

Spent well over $7000 in this store and was told if we weren t satisfied with the mattress we bought we could exchange for a different one for a fee. We called within 90 days to try something different and were then told they would not exchange or help us at all. I asked why after we spent that much lonely with them knowing we would need a new mattress and get it from hem they wouldn t help us. They were very unaccommodating and lied about us being able to bring the mattress back. I would not recommend anyone buying a mattress from them ever! We had no trouble with the furniture just the mattress and their unwillingness to help after telling us they would they are liar and don t stand behind their products.

The staff is always friendly and they always have such a beautiful selection of furnishings. I have bought several things over the years from them and it is always good quality. I highly recommend them for your home decor and furnishings! I will continue to be a loyal customer as well!

You may pay more here, but quality costs. If you want cheap furniture, you get what you pay for. I prefer Pedigo's.

We bought a couch there recently, love the couch, good price and absolutely excellent service.

Our old couch was over 10 years old and starting to wear out. After shopping on line we decided to give our local Pedigo a shot. Went in and selected what we thought we wanted. Brenda Morris helped us and gave us what turned out to be the best price we were able to find. We made a deal and two days later our new couch was delivered. The first evening left me real disappointed , decided to try it one more evening... same results, just did not feel good to sit on, too hard, hurt my neck, hard to get up...
Next morning we went back to Pedigo's and talked with Brenda, to our surprise she started working with us and helped us fine one that was MUCH better. Worked out the delivery and it was delivered on time by a couple of guys that were professional and careful with both the couch and our home!
I would recommend Pedigo's to anyone, Brenda was helpful and professional, the delivery guys were all anyone could hope for!

Was going to buy a recliner but not one person came to help us. We left and bought it from Owen's Furniture.

The store is very nicely laid out with a wide selection. The sales person, Samantha, is very knowledgeable and professional. The store is about an hour s drive for me and well worth the drive.
