Gorgeous creations! My daughter wanted a strawberry unicorn cake that was brightly colored and not pastel. They were able to recreate it perfectly. Plus, it was moist and delicious! Would highly recommend.
We ve been going to sweetie pie cupcakes for the last three years. Never disappointed. Our kids love the cool variety of cup cakes that taste amazing for a well deserved treat. Friendly staff that makes the experience awesome. Thanks sweetie pie. PS. Look out for bridezilla divas looking to match the cake to their dress.... entertaining read though.
I chose Sweetie Pie to make my wedding cake on 29 Feb 2020. It was a simple buttercream rosette cake with red icing. I sent a picture of the exact cake and colour and a photo of my dress that I wanted it matched to.
The cake when collected was no where close to the colour I required.
When I queried this I was told a) buttercream changes colour when exposed to air b) she never says she can colour match c) she doesn't work with red much. I'm not sure why Sonay decided this wasn't important information to discuss with me prior given this was a wedding cake.
I was extremely disappointed with her response to my complaint. She was immature and her suggestion was she just make me the cake again.
Finally about two weeks later she offered a 50% refund which she has still not paid despite me emailing her and also visiting in person asking she honour her statment.
To top things off when I went to return the cake stand at 9am as per the opening hours the shop was still closed. When I text Sonay to ask whether she intended opening I was told she was just running late. When I pointed out this was a major inconvenience to me and I had made a special trip to the premises Sonay told me this was her own business and she did not have to justify her hours to anyone despite the hours being stated in her website and at the premises.
SO NOT IMPRESSED, an awful attitude to genuine complaints with a good reasons. Would not go back given her poor customer service, poor attitude and she does not honour her promise to refund the payment. BUYER BEWARE.

Sweetie Pie made a DJ Decks cake for my son s 21st last weekend. It was EPIC! I was beyond thrilled with it. The attention to detail from the photos I sent was incredible. The birthday boy was blown away by his surprise and the comments from partygoers were so cool. Everyone loved it. Did I mention the cake was also yummy??!! I highly recommend Sweetie Pie
My cousin bought me the deluxe cupcakes for my birthday and they tasted so good! I usually can't handle alot for buttercream, but on these cupcakes they weren't too rich, they were quite nice! And the cake itself was really moist!!
My daughter was so thrilled with her 40th birthday cake, thank you! It had all her favourite toys from her childhood on it and each made with meticulous detailing. It is a work of art. Wow! The lemon vanilla flavour was a hit too. Love it.
Used to be awesome but they've increased cupcake prices from $5 to $5.50 and decreased the sizes. Quite disappointing.
The Cake decorations hit the mark with our 5 yr old! and the other kids at the party! The cake was chocolate and tasted amazing! Great business to deal with, looked after all our needs. Thank you - Cake was a big hit
