I would never place a family member here or work for them again A resident was found walking down the street at 9:30pm On my way To work also a resident was abused by a worker an LEANNE swept it under the rug the LPN walked out her in her daughter because of the unprofessionalism there ! Residents are always out of meds because the administrator daughter never orders them on time! High fall risk due to residents being left alone for hours at a time . They NEGLECT residents that ring there pendents to much they will leave residents in there rooms without trays etc HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Work with the staff regularly. Great communication and expectations.

My in-laws were residents until they passed-my father-in-law in 2017 and my mother-in-law in December of 2018. They lived out their last years with the loving care of the Christian Haven staff. We were so thankful we chose Christian Haven as the place for them to live the last years of their lives. The staff didn t just take care of them-they genuinely loved them and made them feel loved and special. Christian Haven isn t the fanciest building with the largest rooms, BUT...the care is second to none. The staff are the hands and feet of Jesus for the residents.

This place has been a blessing to my mom and our family.

Christian Haven home has been a staple care facility in the Tri-Cities for longer than I can remember. Funny thing about it is that it does not feel like a nursing home with a sterile Hospital atmosphere. It feels like someone's home and is quite inviting. I enjoyed visiting as part of my museum docent activities.

Our Father has been here since June 2020. Its been tough because of COVID,but we get updates and sounds like he is very comfortable and is happy to join in activities. We feel so happy that CHH gives our Dad the love and caring he needs. He isnt lonely in his house any more. We love you all at CHH.

The staff are so supportive and on top of it! They are attentive and know everything that goes on in their facility. Management knows their residents very well and are in communication quickly with family members when issues arise such as a resident's health changing or needing more care. It's a loving and clean environment!

Such an awesome assisted living home. Starting with the residents, their families, staff and administrator. Everyone looks after and cares for one another, just like family.
