Begging all customers to consider paying with PayPal - a horrific transaction with seller. Placed order in Jan 2020 - website showing stock - Greek makes contact in Feb 2020 advising no stock (mind you event date is fast approaching). Ask if they can consider sending by express when they receive stock so it can make it on time - same man asks for $25 extra. FYI they still have no stock. Asked for a refund four times and my money was held, seller failed to respond. It made me feel like the money was being held hostage - mysteriously man refused to acknowledge refund request. Grateful I opened a PayPal dispute and received a refund. Can't help but notice nationals of people reviewing with five stars and store person are identical.

Has some American chocks and lollies. Reasonable priced. For the chocoholic!

Great store if you're looking for party goods and plenty of lollies, excellent selection. Lots of great American candy and sodas too. Not a very comfortable shopping experience, though, more of a warehouse.

I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and I got it delivered to Adelaide by Monday morning. I never expected it to reach so fast. I'm super impressed with their product range and price. This is a great store. Went today to purchase some lollies and party supplies for my son's birthday. You can walk in and browse at what you might need. Really good store.

My fiance purchased a cake topper recently and it was a disappointing experience. She expected a design proof but was sent the cake topper without checking the design and it looks lackluster and cheap. Really disappointed, will take the loss and purchase elsewhere.

I ordered 4kg of lollies for my wedding and they had an ETA on their website as 7 days.
A month later, still no arrival. After sending an enquiry it turned out they were getting new stock in but failed to tell me so. Finally when the lollies arrived, 1 kg bag was missing and I couldn t get the lollies out on the wedding day. Terrible service with dealing with the whole matter.

George and Kelly are amazing! I placed in a pretty small order and it was last minute. But Candy Bar Sydney made it happen and I received my delivery in express post. I am very impressed with the service and commitment. I will definitely patronise them again and highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys, you re the best!

One of two packet of lollies was riped open in transit but they refused to refund the riped open packet and was very rude so will not be shopping with them in the future.

Nice layout and very friendly staff went in there with my little girl that was making mess and they were so nice and polite and also moved my car for me when the truck came will definitely recommend to friends and family and be going back to buy in bulk for my business that is opening soon

Chose this location as it was close to delivery spot and I needed a fast turn around.
Their website said 1-2 business days delivery.

4 business days later and delivery has not arrived.
Very poor customer service, phone number does not work and never received a reply to my email.

UPDATE: I received a call about this review and a follow up email saying I should have selected priority (an option which does not exist) I asked for further clarification and received no response.

Apparently my parcel could not be received so I requested a refund which I have still not received a month later, despite multiple emails and calls with no response

The best place to get your colour coded lollies and party stuff! I often duck into their shop to grab supplies for my kid's parties and lolly bags. Pro-tip: the back room is full of chocolate, and it smells amazing!

Bought 2.5kg chocolate that only has 8 months shelf life. It normally has 2 years shelf life.How am I supposed to finish 2.5kg chocolate in 1/3 of the time? Not replying to my email at all. Non-existent customer service

Once you got damaged items from this store, pls do not waste your time to make a complaint . Becuase you will have a nightmare of refund process. And they will assume all negative things are done by you!! They won t treat you like a valued customer but a bad rat!!
