They set their employees up for failure cause I have never worked at a welding factory that never had the welding supplies to do the needed weld repairs

One of the worst places ive ever worked. Management is never on the same page with anyone in the shop. They seem to only care about coming in getting a paycheck and leaving not there workers or parts they produce. They never seem to have time for simple questions or even the much more needed ones. The union and the company seem to fight each other at every turn and use the contract they both agreed upon against one another when it best suits them. They seem to make up rules as they go and dont listen to the smaller guys on the floor. Went through more problems then solutions and its sickening. I have been working here for a year and seen nothing but a decline. Recently began working 3rd shift and find it hard to get the info i need seeing as they only have one supervisor for 3rd and no team leads to help out. No management comes in to help with questions about scheduling conflicts and it seems they throw overtime at you randomly even when its going against the contract the union had set up. They constantly try and sqeak by on messing up hours trying to blame the system they set into place ADP. Im still missing hours they have yet to pay me for. The company needs to get shut down or the slate needs to get wiped clean and get all new employees. The people they have in place now are poison. And almost forgot to mention the machines they use at this place are falling apart. Everyday we have problems running a single part. Welds wont come out in the correct places or the material itself is bent and damaged but they proceed to run it anyway. Passing the parts off the belt before getting packed and waved down at GM for not being strong enough or molded into the correct shape or even nuts studs bolts and pieces missing right off the part. The amount of temps they have pouring in everyday is insane. Its one of the reasons they send out so many bad parts with new people coming in everyday trying to learn how to run a machine as fast as possible so that the slot gets filled back up from the person they just had quit on them for not having a good system. Its absolute insanity. They know when osha comes in so they can get everything in order even tho the moment osha leaves it goes right back into the crazy organized chaos they had before. Parts going into bins that are not marked with a part number or even the incorrect part number. This place is unprofessional and if i had any other choice in where to work at this very moment i would.

Worst place I have ever worked... they never have enough operators and your always standing around because the machines are always breaking down... which means you have to work overtime and sometimes Saturday and Sunday...
