Its located right next to the little india mrt and the rooms are not bad, well furnished but a little crammed together, with convenient food options available nearby!

The room hardly has any space. So tiny. I stayed in a room with no windows. Felt trapped. During shower the Toilet gets wet. They give clean towels. Staff at the main desk were very friendly and helpful.

I know most of the people at the review section are complaing about their room size and I was a bit dissatisfied for that also as the picture they showed in their website and facebook pages are quite different what tjey really serve.

BUT...as a customer I am totally satisfied with their hospitality and customer services. What made me very pleased is that they notified me through email about one of my hand bag which I forgot there. Their
professionalism are not as small as their room :P. And the most important thing is...you cant ask for everything in a budget hotel. The location of this place is superb.

The staff are very curtious & helpful as well.
The rooms are small but are designed well.
Mrt is like 2 minutes away from this place.
Overall its worth it & we had a pleasant stay.

Great location, 20m from the metro station. Clean, modern decor. Oddly enough, I'd suggest the windowless rooms. The ones facing out are just too noisy. Service is amazing and friendly. The only terrible downside is the internet: slow and unreliable at all times of the day.

Small hotel in the middle of little India, we had a room without windows. Would book the next time one with window. Right at Mrt station little India. Very nice staff.

Not a terrible hotel but very basic. If you get a street front ground floor room expect groups of Indian men to sit under your window loudly expelling snot and phlegm onto the ground. Within walking distance to great Indian food and a train station.

Budget hotel. Right next to MRT station, so give 10/10 for location. However, here is Little India, so around environment is quite dirty and noisy(seriously). No coffee shop around here(you should walk more than 10 min. ) No service for breakfast, and of course no restaurant for breakfast around this hotel.
Just only one thing : close to MRT station, this is perfect.
Or if you love Little India area... than this hotel will be wonderful...

A hotel that is convenient for traveling with a location very close to the Little India MRT station, and close to the Food Center. In addition to staying walking around 10 minutes to Mustafa shopping center which is open 24 hours.

Nice very clean little hotel with a very nice staff. Newly renovated, very near the little India MRT station (exit E). Have so many food court near by. Worth the money.

Very very bad customer service. My family cannot check-in without my IC (booked by expedia). making them wait for me for few hours

Locality is the best advantage of the hotel, MRT is just one block away and so the restaurants. The hotel does not have lift so beware of you carry lot of luggages as there are no one to help with your luggage, the rooms are smaller but it is not a factor at all considering the cost and locality. Had a fantastic stay and helpful front desk team.

Spend $244 for a single room with queen size bed. 4 person had to squeeze in a extremely small room because there is no other room available. Extremely disappointed and overpriced

It's across the street from the metro, which connects it to all of Singapore(and brings you in touch with a wide cross section of people).

It's located on the Indian Arts and Crafts street, great for cheap yet Authentic Indian food and souvenirs.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and assists in cabs, finding places to visit,etc. They also keep umbrellas, adapters etc close at hand to help guests!

If you are travelling along with parents or people who prefer Indian cuisine then this hotel is the right place for you. Just right at the entrance of Little India and right behind the Little India MRT Exit E this is a prefect location. The staff here is really helpful giving you all the information and directions you need to know while travelling in Singapore. Would really love to mention the great help given by Koh, Priyanka, Kala, Linda and Shanta.
The rooms are perfect for two people and with enough space for luggage, the only thing lagging is a cupboard to keep clothes . Try to book the family room or rooms with windows.

The hotel is very cozy. The only problem was we opted for the windowless room, I suggest paying a little more and choosing the windowed room.

Room was a bit small but it's okay compare to hotel price in Sigapore. Clean and tidy.

Remember to prepare phone charger before you come! They have a tool, but not all kinds of chargers are compatible.
Just behind Little India mrt exit. The surrounding is interesting with colorful alls, Indian music, Indian man walking around busily, traditional grocceries and lots of flower stalls.
Honestly, Little India area is a bit complicated and messy. We chose Chinatown area for our n xt trip to Singapore, and it was way more fun & safe than in Little India.

Worst hotel when would I have allocated. The prison is not calved. I do not recommend.

Quad room big and comfortable enough for your family, close to MRT and taxy stand, a lot of halal food in tekka market nearby. Friendly and helpful receptionist too. We will absolutely stay here for our next singapore visit

It's easy to reach, mrt and bus station just a walk distance. The room was cleaned everyday. They changed the towel and all. The staffs were helpful.

Nice boutique hotel with modern designs. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. For room standard, value of money is there! Room was pretty clean, only thing to note was that the shower curtains smelled and bed sheet had a few stains. So not for those whom are fussy or claustrophobic as we stayed in the room with no windows!

Good location, right next to an MRT. But you do you get much for the price. The room is quite small and the walls pretty thin.

I stayed here, good place specially Indians will enjoy food, tea and ofcourse beer.. devotees can feel serenity bcoz just behind Laxminarayan temple located.

I hate to give this place a one star rating, because the staff was super nice, but unfortunately that's the only good thing I have to say. Rooms are tiny without windows. Walls are very thin, so you hear everything from rooms around you. There was only one tiny mirror in the bathroom oddly positioned to the side of the sink. Bed mattress was hard and gave me a back pain. AC (which is a must due to poor ventilation) is positioned so that it blows directly onto the bed. There are no lifts, which isn't terrible since there are only 3 floors, but might be an issue for some people. It was just clean enough to be acceptable. The worst part is some of these issues could have been avoided at no (or minimal) additional cost and are a result of poor planning and/or neglect.

Stay there only if you really cannot afford anything better.

Nice and clean plus strategic hotel in Singapore. Dont mind with the room space. Just dont like "no elevator" thing... But over all its all great staying here....

Park 22 Hotel India is a good location for 24 hours shopping. Good food around the area. There is subway/MRT station just within walking distance. You can take the subway to most part of Singapore. Highly recommended for a value for money stay.

Old and extremeley basic but clean enough. If you get a ground floor street room groups of men will sit right outside your window smoking and chatting and regurgitating phlegm loudly and spit it onto the street. Staff are nice. I wont stay here again at the price it was but if you can afford to pay so much for so little it's ok. Lively colourful Indian vibe in surrounding streets and amazing food nearby.

Situated in Little India and close to the MRT station, it is a convenient location to stay. One drawback is you have to be specific when you book a room for a window in it. Else you might end up with a no-window room. However, that isn't claustrophobic either. Sufficient amenities including WiFi, it makes a cozy okay to stay. And safe for families with access to Indian food.
