The shop has an amazing range of candy. The place to come when looking for event supplies. The shop is open so go on in and pick up a treat.

Such a big variety of sweets and party supplies. Shopping is made easy because of the spacious store located in Peakhurst. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Easy to use website, great lollies and service. One of the glass jars I ordered was broken by the courier and Candy Bar Sydney sent a replacement after I emailed through some photos. The second arrived intact and my candy buffet looked and tasted amazing! My family and frineds loved it too!

Had a great range. It was easy to find out how many items were in a pack. The chocolate coated almonds taste great. They even have a Coolroom for the chocolates.

Came in and literally felt like a kid in a candy store! So much range and choice at great prices for all occasions. Great friendly team running the place too that are super friendly and helpful! Definifely come in to fulfil your sweet tooth cravings!

My wife and I love the place, we do sometimes order online however we do prefer to go in. The staff are so helpful and have always looked after us for any occasion from birthdays to baby showers, weddings etc. Took my son there today and it was like he was in Willy Wonka's factory loll

I love this place. They have a great selection of confectionery, as well as sauces. Thank you for recommending the Stubbs smokey mesquite BBQ sauce, and it really is amazing.

I ordered chocolates for the holiday, specifying what day I needed them by. Not only did I not receive them by the specified date it s now been 10 DAYS after the needed date. I m located in Sydney so it should not take 13 days to get two chocolate bars. I ve emailed twice and called numerous times with no answer. It seems that they have taken my money and run. If you re wanting to order expensive chocolate that you ll ever receive DON T.

I ordered balloons for a hens weekend, the ordering process was fast and easy! When one of my products was shipped late to Candy Bar, Phillip emailed me immediately to let me know my order may be late, but that he would fast way courier it to me ASAP, I received my package well before the weekend and was kept in the loop about everything! I would definitely recommend!!

Great atmosphere. Has every party supplies that you could ever possibly need in every colour and the staff was friendly and very helpful they went out of their way to help A+

Candybar have great prices and good quality products. Unfortunately their returns are prohibitive and I will not use them in the future.

Be aware - although the event date is asked for on the order this is not an indication that the items ordered will arrive in time for your event, no matter how early you order them.

I ordered 10 days in advance, the items did not arrive in time so I had to buy new items from Woolworths for my event. I was told I could return the order at my own cost (I do not have a car or live close to their warehouse). The cost for the return of my $70 worth of products was going to cost $50 as it weighed around 7kg. It really didn't make sense for me to return the order given the amount of money I would lose.

If this happens to you refuse to accept the order so it is sent back to them with their own courier.

Staff at the warehouse are very friendly and helpful! They made sure to show me a variety of balloons and chocolates for my birthday set up, which ended up looking amazing! Their custom cake toppers look gorgeous and are great quality. I later came back to purchase a variety of personalised Christmas ornaments (wish I got photos of them all) which everyone loved! My go-to for all events.

I couldn't find something I was looking for and asked one of the stockers, he had the packing lady make up a new bag for me, then asked me if I got what I wanted later when we passed in the aisles again. 5 stars for customer service!

Did a last minute order for the wooden name cards, and they were able to do a rush order for us. The wooden names came out so beautiful and they were such good quality. The price was so reasonable also. Such a great idea for a bonbonniere. Would recommend Candy Bar Sydney to anyone. Excellent customer service also, they were so easy to deal with!

A hidden treasure trove of delectable American confectionery delights for ex pats such as myself!! The staff are amazingly professional and courteous!!

Hard to reach location if travelling by public transport, parking is tight if you have a SUV. Many products may be out of stock so a very good idea to call and then visit. Perfect for parties and bulk purchases, saves a boat load of money compared to a retail store. They have virtual receipts and accept PayPass so all good.

HUGE selection of chocolate, candy and even decorative products! Don t just shop online, go into the store, you can physically see the products and make easier decisions. The staff are so friendly and helpful if you need assistance or have questions. The prices are also really competitive so it s easy on the bank account when you need good quality products. It s dangerous that I live so close by because it s too tempting to head through that red door and shop EVERY day!

I ordered two items with candy bar Sydney on the 29/10/19 for a wedding cake that I was doing on the 10/11/19. I sent many emails to understand why I hadn't received my products only to be told it should come tomorrow! I only received the products on the 15/11/19, I have been trying to contact the team about getting refunded via email and phone! I am wanting to know how I can return the products to candy bar to which they have stopped replying to my emails. Every time I call, I have been told that they will tell the customer service team, I have still not heard from them!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and management of this company!
Would not recommend working with them!

I would rank them 0 star if possible. Poor customer service. Putting you on hold for more than 15 minutes then hang up. I highly don't recommend buying from them as they are very unprofessional. Not only they are not updated with their stocks online making you pay for them and tell you last minute they don't have it, they are also very good at ruining your event as your items won't arrive 100%. Your event was ruined by them by not having the items you have paid for, there was also no compensation for the inconvenience and trouble caused! There was no remorse for their mistake and that even made it worse. Arrgghh! Very frustrating!!!!

After a very bad mismanaged order the owner/manger came to the rescue to deliver the original items in almost the required time . Happy to deal with again as they genuinely cared when I was unhappy with them not meeting with the promises they made.

I was surprised that this place has more than just lollies! They have custom cake toppers, chocolate molds and some cake decorating supplies like fondant, sprinkles etc. Also big bags of coveture chocolate at reasonable prices - the staff have great customer service and product knowledge. I'm glad that this place is open to the public rather than just online, I like to browse and see products or have the choice to pick up last minute things, rather than waiting to receive it in the post.

Very unprofessional & terrible communication. Product was listed as 'in stock' online and after purchasing, it was not in stock so I emailed them about the estimated arrival time but did not receive any response/products for 3 weeks. After a fourth email, they told me they would express post when it arrived in that weekly order. After a week of not receiving anything since that email, I emailed again to which they said the product did not arrive in the order and they can order it in to their store if I want it... they were not apologetic and still hadn't ordered my products after 3 weeks but had taken the money. Waiting for a refund and did not even receive an apology. Waste of time.

Also in response to the owner - I definitely did purchase from your business, I have multiple emails from your business email address about my order and the invoice has your logo on it #IN000009....
