I've used SWAT since 2012 and they took care of several problems at my previous residence. They even gave me a discount when they found termites in my second year of business with them. I was very happy and recommended the company to anyone who needed pest control services. I was especially impressed with my tech from ~2016, such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. But then I moved across town and the new tech was nothing like the last one. It just seemed like he didn't care. He also told me there was nothing he could do for my mouse problem. I called the office, because if this was accurate I would need to change companies, and they sent him back out a few days later with some other traps. He didn't come back after that. I'm on my second guy at the new address and he's not much better. On quarterly visits, neither of them would change my glue traps. Neither of them would spray my garage or basement unless asked. Neither of them were able to get rid of my pests. I even called once between my quarterly services, and they come out for free, but it didn't help. And now brown recluse have moved in. I cancelled my service, and they let me go pretty easily.
