Even after paying expensive membership fees, the courts are very rarely available at weekends as they constantly have coaches academy lessons and tournaments. So if you have plenty of money to pay the fees and no work during the week then this would work for you. Staff totally unhelpful... terrible.
Staff are extremely polite and welcoming, all activities we've participated in have run to schedule.

I have always enjoyed tennis and gym facilities at the Sutton Tennis Academy. Tennis Coach Fran ois is super brilliant. He helped me return to tennis after recovering from long term injuries. And he taught me how to serve properly. Thank you Fran ois
Membership is useless, courts hardly ever available weekends, usually due to tennis academy lessons, Dance and tournaments. I understand these are key for their business but this is all the time. Very dishonest about this while committing you to the annual membership.
It s very difficult to get through to them by phone, a wait time between 10 - 15 minutes quite normal, the booking system appears unstable (or the staff don t know how to use it) as we have booked many times and then needed to show payment information from my online banking as they have no data in their system (This all wastes plenty of time). They also don t recognise their own payment reference information on the transaction which is concerning in itself.
Have asked on three separate occasions for a tournament / planned activity schedule so we can plan ahead and see how to use the membership, promised I would be sent this but nothing, asked to have the details of the area manager for the branch, promised I would get this but nothing.
Outstanding tennis coaching facilities, with very helpful and friendly members of staff. My daughters are coming here for more almost 10 years. They were very good in the past as well but I can see their material resources improved a lot in the last few years, which is always welcomed and helpful. My daughters are always leaving the facility with a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend them!
Parking can be dire, but great range of activities for adults and kids
Been member for 4 years. New owners continue to follow the ethos of previous owners, a family run business. Excellent customer Service staff. All staff at Sutton Sport Village are helpful efficient, kind & knowledgable, instructors and trainers are efficient and knowledgable in their subject. Highly reccomend.
I have been trying for months to get private lessons, but there is never anyone available.

This academy centre is brilliant for certain activities such as obviously tennis. There are 6 tennis courts in total inside and there are various clay and grass courts outside. You may hook courts at the reception or enrollment yourself or your child into a tennis class.
These tennis classes are based off age and also skill and someone who is very skilled may play with different age groups. The instructors here are very friendly and fun and the gym is a great place to work out as it is huge.
One the problems however is that to be let through past reception u always need the receptionist to press a button to allow the gate to open. This is sometimes a nuisance when the receptionist isn't at the reception most of the time and you may have to wait a while.
Parking is also great with a large car park with even one very small upper level and transport links are quite good as u can take buses such as the 154 or 164 directly there or take almost any bus to sutton green and then take a 10 minute walk.
An organisation who conducts itself in an underhanded and dishonest way. These are not the values I want my child exposed to - do you?
Great for children's parties and coaching. Great tennis coaches there especially Luke who coaches disability lessons.
