A serious company with a focus on the green economy, the rates are not very different from the managers I had before, but I am happy to do something for the environment.

I do not pay the fee for my electricity bill anymore. Also I am currently paying less than 30% tax. Virtually I have more than halved. Moreover, thanks to the Taurus thermodynamic system I gave a good cut to the methane bill. From April to August this year I consumed only 28 euros of methane. Less than 6 euros a month. Clean energy by doing good to the planet, from a company you can not want more.

I went with them to save money but I had never done it: I came to pay for a stationery store of 35 square meters 194 Euros per month of electricity bill. At the end of November, I joined the Luce Amica project of this manager. Initially I was a little doubtful about the functioning of their discount system based on people who will join their project thanks to your report, but I still wanted to try and see what they were able to do, knowing that however in the free market, you can always go back or change. I wanted to play it at home and we all went to this supplier at different times. I have always been interested in the issue of green and by studying the matter thoroughly, you can actually count the companies that manage to offer 100% guaranteed green energy at the fingertips of one hand. The rates seemed to me more or less in line with those of the market, however, counting that in the family on the various users we had different managers, and I am also very attentive to the economic discourse. Initially, on a stationary counter I saw about 5 discount on a total of 30 monthly bill.
Seeing that the system was working, I made a few more reports this year, people close to me, however. And a strange thing happened. The consultant offered them a discount equal to double my own, and this made me feel a little affected initially. Then despite the fact that mine was a contract stipulated in a previous period, exactly in the usual month that the two people switched to NWG Energia, the discount also doubled on my bill, and so from 5 I now have 10 discount on one monthly bill of 30 . In practice 120 total annual discount, as if you no longer pay 4 monthly payments per year for electricity.
They propose this system of "zeroing the bill". As for me, I didn't want to go further with the reports, but even if it's not zero, 120 less per year, they are very comfortable !!!

Today I received my first bill and thanks to the reports I no longer pay the energy fee and I'm also cutting down fixed expenses (taxes and system charges) thanks NWG .... the only ones to keep their promises ..

I recently moved to NWG Energia, I noticed that compared to the first savings manager about 10 euros per month, and in addition it is completely derived
from renewable sources.

I really got to the extreme. Work carried out in a new house that between photovoltaic and thermodynamic cost almost 20,000 euros, super modern systems that should be forgotten for at least 10 years (at least!) Once installed and instead the thermodynamic system has not yet worked for a year well, every time we called for assistance there was a problem with the intervention and for hot water we had to install a replacement electric boiler when this did not work. From the first replacement last December the problem seemed to have been solved, now we are in July and for two months we have problems, every time a technician has to come something happens, obviously communicated about 10 minutes before the intervention when we organize ourselves to be present. All very serious, I strongly advise against anyone !!!!!!!

nwg energy and a scam. talking about green energy at 100x100 instead they have nothing !!! they buy energy from enel energy and sell it at an exaggerated price !!!! Hello, my name is Roberto, two years ago I bought a full box 4, having registered 2 bills, I was notified of the top-up under the wrong bill. After two years of emails and recommendations from me and my broker, I was told by customer service that nothing can be done. Luce Amica (electricity supply) is a very inexpensive contract: high tariffs, very high additional charges and monthly billing (always assumed) to be able to charge exaggerated administrative costs (practically only these costs amount to over 12-13% of the account) 12 times a year. Vettonia.

I have been a customer for years, I have not seen this savings, indeed I must say that now I have another manager and I spend less. The agents are unprofessional, I was misinformed about a product and then deliberately deceived. I had to seek help from a consumer protection agency to close the matter, I did not get compensation but an exchange that I accepted to be able to close in some way. Also noteworthy is the inconvenience of having to do the self-reading every month, when other operators already do it through the new meters automatically with actual consumption. When I needed to communicate with someone in the company, the times have expanded, the various offices do not communicate with each other. In short, I changed the manager and I'm happy!

Very satisfied with the experience with Nwg, I had a problem with a photovoltaic panel damaged by a large branch that fell while on vacation. Anomaly immediately detected by the operations center and promptly replacement panel free of charge. Really great service.

To say bad is an understatement! My brother-in-law is their broker and apparently they teach him to make contracts with relatives without considering their opinion!
