Sutton pools came and fixed a leak on my pool pump, (which we paid them over $700 for this repair) the job was done fine but we were unable to get the trap lid open afterwards, no matter what it was super stuck so we called Sutton pools to come out and get the lid off since they had it on so tight after repair. Their man came and was unable to remove trap lid either, matter of fact their guy actually broke the lid trying to get it off. They then sent another guy to break it off and replace broken lid. Two days later they charged me over $500 without my approval or even my knowledge. They have the responsibility to fix what they broke and take responsibilities for their repairs without sneaking a huge charge on me. Then, Doug, I guess the manager called and was very rude on the phone and threatened me that he was coming to my house to undo all the repairs. Terrible terrible experience, never again and now I have to try and get my card information changed since they just run charges without telling me.

My company uses Sutton Pools in Austin and Houston to renovate service and repair pools on home we buy in foreclosure. We have used them 2007 and absolutely love the service that is provided. We have had a few snags in the past however, the owner is always helpful and works with us to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely reliable company. Any time I have any troubles they are always there and willing to help. Fast service. The people are attentive and courteous. Problems are fixed the first time. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The owner of sutton pools its nothing but a big two time scammer he is currently involved in a credit card scam i do not recommend doing business with a man with no principles he is quick to scam anyone at anytime no matter what the cost is if you need a contractor with morals and principles look for someone else who is not going to scam you or any credit card company...protect your self, your family, and your finances by staying as far away from this man and his business...I am not a competitor just a victim of his scams who hopes the best for other people looking for good people to do business with...wish you all the best of luck if you still decide to do business with a SCAMMER like Mr. Doug Sutton

Really Impressed by Sutton Pools Staff, Would definitely use again!

Look no further! Sutton Pools is the way to go with any of your pool needs I called Sutton pools to replace my main pool pump and lights, and to get an estimate for a possible renovation because my pool is getting older. I have used other pool company in the past and it was no match to Sutton Pools. The owner and his co-worker were very prompt, professional and honest about everything. I felt like I could really trust them even so I moved forwards with doing the renovation, replacing the pool pump and even upgrading my lights to LED'S. Their were a couple issues along the way because of what I was wanting and the way my backyard is laid out but it was taken care of immediately with a resolution I was still very happy with. If you are reading this review, you are probably somewhat stressed due to your pool needing service or repairs, hiring this company was the best decision I made. I will be a customer from here on out.
