In the mail you say that the amount of 685.98 lei without VAT will be adjusted, and on the last invoice only 775.32 lei with VAT was adjusted, as a result of this error the services of my Mobile 13 subscription have been suspended. After about 3 hours of talking in the Call Center with different operators, I was able to reactivate my subscription services. You make fun of me, a man of good faith, of my time. The operators did not want to give me a registration number for the incident with the suspension of services or send me this notification by email. You have only amateurs, I sincerely regret that I am a Telekom subscriber of which you beat the game, I did not find understanding, I could not talk to a superior these problems, because they do not want to get involved. If Telekom is wrong everything is ok, but if I have no guilt and I am still screwed by the services for which they pay what is understood to be in Romania and it goes like this?

A subscriber on the wall, a month of calls and email notifications, but you have the impression that I have all the time in the world and all the patience. I have a request for termination from May 30th and still receive bills from them after countless calls I was put on hold !!!! The lady who received the request after a month said she did not have access to it, and after a mileage mail exchange said she was terminating. But, surprise, it has not been canceled and I have not responded to emails anymore and all of your agents are extremely surprised. As for the agent who dealt with my contract, I hardly gave him his name ... if that's what Telekom does, I definitely do not recommend anyone a subscription to you. TELEKOM a mess of a mobile phone provider. Besides the fact that the network is missing even in some CENTRAL places in Bucharest, I was unpleasantly surprised that after 1 year and about 2 months after I signed the contract for the new subscription, I received twice notifications that the subscription for which I SIGN changes as price INCREASING (like it or not). It is the WORST CHOICE SOMEONE TAKES from them from any other network. I do not recommend it to ANYONE! This company should be monopolized by the state. Obviously these aspects happen in Romania where the state steals the most and it also does not protect its citizens taking into account their rights, leaving others (as an institution). You are a M I Z E R I E!

I got my invoice for roaming data traffic of over 200 Euros, as I requested roaming without Internet access and the phone was decoupled from "mobile data" for the whole period of my stay abroad! I tried 1234 (customer service) to disable roaming, many times, following step by step robot indications. Finally I received the message that "my request could not be processed ..." (?! !! !!). I tried to talk to someone in 1234, to hear a human voice, to communicate verbally the problem ... I followed the steps indicated. The result: no one answered the call.
Conclusion: If you have the phone open abroad, Telekom steals easily.

Telekom Romania managed to fraudulently execute on my behalf and on my behalf two subscription contracts after which we talked in Morocco, totaling about 900 lei. - almost non-functioning internet since May 2016,
- the telephone service interrupted 40 days,
- request for the cancellation of the telephone post starting with 10.08.2016, it is not possible, instead, the television service is suspended on 12.08.2016.
Result - countless phones, money spent, on some services almost non-existent, the cable TV no longer works when it rains or there is a storm .... it is not answered on the complaints phone, by mail, nobody contacts you to solve the problems ... .
Telekom customer obligations, many, mean money, invoices, prepayments for non-honored services.
Can't all these issues be regulated? Who is able to resolve the situation, hear us, read?
