Update again - 1 month on brakes still the same. They certainly arn't leaking, the reservoir is full, but they are still very spongy. The bike is not fun to ride! Still nothing from Honda!
Update- I did take the bike back in, they bled the brakes for 2 hours, but they still didn't improve. They assured me that there was no leak, but they didn't know why the brakes were still so spongy and poor. They said they would contact Honda and get back to me. 2 weeks on and I still haven't heard anything back from them. My front brakes still need pumping before I set off anywhere and have to be very careful not to be caught out with them not working after a run outside city traffic. I certainly cannot trouble the ABS with them! The lever just comes back to the bar!

By the look of these reviews my bike seem to be the only bike that seems to be returned with issues. I've previously had problems with fuel tank breather tube, chain, and brakes leaking after the pistons were replaced. I thought after the previous service they had improved their QC process, I had no problems. But I've just had another service, the brake pads needed replacing (filled me with dread again) and I wasn't disappointed. The brakes felt very spongy, thought it was just the new pads, but this morning noticed that the reservoir was wet after getting my bike out, dried this prior to riding to work, it's not raining, but on arriving at work as you can see it is wet again. Is this personal against me? Do I need to slip back handers to the staff to get my bike actually fixed? I certainly didn't think I was unpleasant to anyone there. Why is everyone else singing praises, when my bike seems to be more broken when I get it back than when I take it in? This is now the second review I've written, leaking brakes are not acceptable once, this is twice I've now got my bike back with leaking brakes!

These people here are the best, they are a pleasure to visit, they helped me with my bike purchase and kitted me out with great gear at an amazing price.
This is no pressure sales.
Unfortunately I had an RTA last year but I'm itching to visit Sutton's again to start over.

I completed my CBT training here yesterday (unfortunately in the rain), we had a good group and our instructor for the day was Pete who was brilliant, he was able to pick out the faults with our riding and get us on track with a good sense of humour but also letting you know where we were going wrong. I would definitely recommend this place for CBT and other training but start swotting up on the highway code because it was shocking what we all did not know

I took my 19 plate cb650r in to be checked out twice, the front was all over the place over bumps. I was told nothing was wrong and it was in my head. Took it to another garage who found a wheel spacer was missing on the front causing vibration and wheel wobble. Its pretty poor that the Honda "technicians" could not sort something as simple as that. I wont be using you again!

Great efficient service. Brought a new motorbike from here the salesman was very good worked out a good deal for me and a good p/x price on my old bike. Arranged discounts for me for locks ect. Plus handgaurds and crashbars brought at discount and fitted for free as part of my pdi. I have now taken the bike back for its first service and was very happy with it. It was booked in and done while i waited.

I took my PCX in for its 1st service today. It took approximately 45 mins to an hour. While I was waiting I was offered a cup of tea or coffee. I then went upstairs to their waiting room and watched a bit of T.V. I received a great customer service experience, I highly recommend.

Went in today at the same time as another man. The salesman chose to help him first so after standing about for approx 10 mins i went to the desk to ask for help. The other chap said to ask the salesman already in the room so i said he was busy and he just shrugged.
They then stood and watched my disabled daughter struggle with the door with no help offered.
After waiting approx 10 mins more i walked out. I was actually going to but a CB500F but i guess i will go elsewhere where my custom us wanted.

I recently bought a Yamaha from this Honda dealer, (no hard sale to by a Honda given in any way). The bike has had some minor issues. The response from Steve and his team have taken me truly by surprise, I was expecting a bit of a struggle, not that they give that impression in anyway, just my cynical attitude.
However, Steve cannot do enough to put this right. This is customer service at its very finest. I will not go to any other dealer after this example of true passion for getting things right. A big Thank you to Steve and his team. Brilliant!

Bought a PCX back in February, was wary of dealers as had been treated offhand elsewhere but Mark was great to deal with. Not just stress free but actually pleasant experience. Same with it's first service. When I can get a test done will be back to look at CBR650s....

Bought my bike from here. Great service from Mark who got me the bike I wanted with the added extras. Didn't rush me. Gave me lots of advice. Didn't let me set off without knowing the bike and checking my safety gear. Has already called to checkout how I'm getting along with the bike. Highly recommend!

Attended the Open Road motorcycle training course, the instructor is very qualified and explains everything very well. If you need advice and training then this is what you need, they have the patience and knowledge to help you. If you complete your training then pop in to the showroom to view the vast range of motorcycles. Then you can hit the open road in style.

Easy to find/get to with plenty of off-road parking to the front of the showroom. A relaxed & friendly welcome notwithstanding the Covid-19 precautions; well informed & helpful staff; a good selection of new (the full Honda range) and quality used (Honda & other brands) bikes. Browsing welcome, a cup of coffee provided & good practical advice given when requested. Well worth a visit & a chat.

Great staff, if you're in to bikes, give this place a try, a bit thin on electric bikes, but time will tell. It won't be long before we are all on plug-ins. But if it's conventional piston thumpers you're after, then this is the site. Huge range of big and small, plus all the accessories you'll ever need. Ample parking and easy to find.
