They accused my mom and sister of hitting a parked car at Sussman Honda then driving to Sussman Hyundai. They had 2 men check my mom's car for damage (which obviously wasn't there) and then refused to show the "damaged" car, stating that it was already pulled off the lot. My sister is lodging a complaint, but please share this as well! Purely pathetic!

My right side mirror needed to be replaced. I have a kia Optima. Kia sussman told me to go to repair Honda sussman Joe was his name nice man he ordered part with in 2 days fixed it in10 to 15 minutes and very inexpensive. THANKS JOE
If only they had a option for 0 stars, horrible customer service was told to go check out vehicles by myself. No interest was shown in earning my business. Just horrible.
You spend an hour with the salesperson and 5 years with Service. Ken and Christine in Service are the reason I will keep coming back. They are helpful, kind and get all work done as promised. I would like to buy a new Honda and stay with them, just desperately waiting for an Electric car. Come on Honda
While our overall recent experience at Sussman Honda wasn t terrible, my wife and I couldn t help feeling disappointed after we drove off the lot in our new Honda Fit. Our salesperson Romeo was polite, but when it came down to communicating to us the details our deal and generally guiding through the leasing process, he let us down. The same goes for Amer, one of the managers at the dealership. For all their kind words and obliging behavior, we realized that in the end they are just your average car salesman who are going to use a combination of confusion, solicitude, and pressure to get you into a car as quickly and profitably as possible.
We were also frustrated by the general lack of communication at this dealership. Our purchasing experience lasted nearly four hours, but during that time were mostly sitting and waiting alone while things were happening in the background. No one explained to us what was happening. Then, when it came time to close the deal, everyone seemed to swoop down on us at once. Not nice! Plus, we had asked our salesperson early on in the process if Honda had a tire insurance/maintenance plan, since our previous lease included one. Romeo told us the only maintenance plan was one for oil changes. Well, after negotiations had ended, and just before we were about to sign the lease, the business manager appears from out of nowhere and asks us if we want to purchase the tire maintenance package Actually, yes - but not like that! Not when we d asked about it hours ago and could have included it in our negotiations over the lease. This little surprise at the end of our experience was not only an unwelcome one, but left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Again, not a terrible experience overall, but really Sussman and its team should learn how to communicate better with its customers if it wants them to stick with the family and brand long-term.
Travelled 2 hours away to visit my son at college. On the Turnpike several warning lights came on in my '16 Honda Accord. Found Sussman Honda down from my son's school. They treated me like family. Recognized the indicator lights, hooked up for diagnostics and in a short amount of time let me know the diagnosis. They assured me the car was safe to drive back to my hometown since I had to get back. Of course advised to get to my local Honda dealership right away to have them fix the problem. Very courteous, professional and quick turnaround time to look at car. A+ rating from me.
This is such a great dealership! A couple times I have had minor problems with my car, and they have found ways to work with me to address the problems in an affordable fashion, and quickly. One time I had car trouble while near their dealership, and I drove over and they worked me in right away. Had me back on the road in 30 minutes.
I had ah great salesman in Jim Portley who really fought hard to put me in ah very nice car & I appreciate his hard work & I'm very Satisfied & love my vehicle. I would also like to thank Karen from the financing department for getting the deal done.
had a very good experience buying a car for the first time on my own, i was helped by James P. and he was so kind and made sure i was happy with the decision making process, i got exactly what i wanted and I m very happy with my choice. i recommend all My family and friends to this place whenever they are in need of a new car.
This place is well-kept and clean. The showroom floor has all the models that are all opened and accessible. Purchasing a car there is easy and hassle free. The waiting room for service is also clean with a coffee maker and TV. It seems like a quiet place to get worked on or read a book
If you want to buy your car cash they'll treat you like dirt. Waited hours to buy the car even though I had check in hand. They told me they would have the second key made for me as it wasn't working.
Guess who never got a second key and noticed they took it out of writing.
Bad attitude manager. I should have walked out but I needed to get a car for work.
Great customer service. Prompt service the time promised, the time the car was delivered. Great service, expert repairs, delivered on time. That's car service old school.
I leased a 2020 Honda Accord today and must say it was a seamless, pressure free environment! Derrick Farrell was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He totally listened to what our needs were and made it happen! It is quite clear why Derrick is one of Sussman s top salesperson, he definitely goes above and beyond! I would also like to give a big thanks to Martin and Karen for working with me and making this decision a comfortable and pleasant car buying experience!
I will definitely recommend Derrick and the Team at Sussman Honda!
Their leasing process was MUCH better than my previous Honda dealership. Many thanks to Marty and his team for the A+ service! Will definitely work with them for my next lease.
I needed a big timing chain job done on my 07 CRV and when everybody was blowing me off these guys got me right in. They did the work in a day and got me back in 2 days later to correct an unrelated leaking seal at no cost. Communication was great and although it was a lot of money I felt they were honest and thorough with diagnosing and completing the repair and the customer service was noticed and greatly appreciated during that stressful time!!
Go to Honda on Marty Sussman on Easton road. They don't honor coupons from competitors so I'll stick to Marty Sussman Honda and Sloan honda. This was handled poorly and staff acted like the discount was going to come out of their check if it was honored. Poor communication between staff. 2 people offered me to do my oil change and I said the first guy already put it in and the 2nd guy failed to see the note until later although he apologized. Never again
Who knew they rented cars in addition to selling? Not me...a friend suggested I give them a call and boy was I surprised. Rose was extremely pleasant and helpful when I called to reserve a car. Got a beautiful 2019 Accord for a day $45.15 (tax included) and chauffeured my son to prom in style. They made the entire process quick and painless. Treated me like they wanted return business which is what they're going to get. You will need to have your own comprehensive insurance and they do accept debit cards ($300 hold). Great experience.
I was there for an oil change and I m a regular customer then the guy who works there said your car need breaks I said oil change only he got upset and told me don t come back again worst experience ever...
We should be long past the time where any business continually contacts the husband, even though the car is for the wife. This dealership solely reached out to my husband, instead of me, even though the car was under my credit and going to be in my name. We initially were going to have them run our credit as a couple, hence why they gained his contact info, but ultimately just had them run mine when I was trying to buy my car. They called him with all updates as they were waiting on my vehicle to be "delivered." Both of us corrected them every time to call me, not him. And our last experience there-- they made a mistake and didn't have me sign all the correct paperwork. Of course they called my husband to tell them that I needed to come back in for corrections. And during that time, the woman would not accept my decline of an extended warranty and said we should call my husband. I allowed her to "talk the math" with him, since he is an engineer and very easily dismissed her claims it was the better decision. My experience happened a few years ago but since it still agitates me, I needed to write a review.
Ken is such an amazing person. He helped me out today. With everything that I had to get done with my car today. Such an amazing guy. Thank you so much. If you need anything done ask for ken.
My 70 yr old wife was cajoled into a wheel alignment that she had declined upon fist entering the service department - the a car only has 13000 miles and was in for a routine maintenance- tire rotation and fluid change - I will be posting my displeasure
The service department is what will keep me as a customer. Ken and Christine are top class and take amazing care to ensure things are done correctly, on time and as quoted. If Honda made an electric car, I would buy a new car tomorrow
Sussman Honda knowingly & willingly directed customers to get unnecessary services on vehicles until I addressed the matter in which service attendant up to manager had no response. Oil changes on Honda vehicles are supposed to be done when the indicator says 15% in which the vehicle will notify you that it s time for service. Sussman was putting 3000k/3month oil stickers on the vehicles making them come in earlier & more frequently than required. 3000k/3month oil changes are done for car using Conventional oil, Honda uses Synthetic oil which has minimum life of 5000k/5month. I was getting 4 oil changes a year for nothing & they knew and encouraged it. I live 10mins from the Sussman & drive 40mins away to another Honda dealer for service. If I could give them 0 stars I would, integrity is huge for me in the service industry & they have none.
Martin, James,Mike and the team did all they could to make me happy. Strait talking , friendly and fair people that offered a great Honda for me , the one that I wanted and inquired about at the same price quoted two weeks before coming in... Thanks Guys for a great experience , looking for another visit in the future.
Had 2 leases with this dealership. Overpayed for both not knowing. Went to them to find a car for my 3rd lease, and they stated they couldnt find the car I wanted (for 2 months). Found the car I wanted with another Honda dealership, picked it up within 3 days, and Im paying less. Service was 100 times better as well.
Our experience with this dealer is very bad, sales manager Martin and Allen are among the worst in the area, if you are on the vehicle hunting and don t like to overpay for it, you should try to avoid this place.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Purchased new Oddessy March 2017. At 21 months it started to "buck like a bronco" during gear shift at 25 MPH. Been in for service many times, STILL NOT ACCURATELY DIAGNOSED! Didn't honor new vehicle warranty. DAN SMITH, GENERAL MANAGER employed barriers to service and delay tactics (maintenance, fluid flushes, etc.) none of the attempts have been successful; while warranty approaches closer to expiring. I was told to trade it in or have it serviced somewhere else. I think the last suggestion was the best. I would NOT MAKE A NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE HERE again. Any new purchases will be elsewhere!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give 0 stars I would. From the General Manager down to the service department this dealer is awful. I only gave 1 star because of Jim Portley.
I have read a few other reviews about issues with Leases and I experienced the same issues. Please save yourself the headache and either go to another Honda dealer or buy another brand!
They are awesome and easy to do business. I been this showroom for service and collision repair. My experience was awesome and I will come here again for sure.
My new Santa Fe does. Blue Link says take it to Sussman. Service gives me grief when I push for an SUV for a loaner because I was moving stuff across the state. Guy says "Hyundai doesn't sign my check, Sussman signs my check". Yeah but your boss reps Hyundai and if he doesn't want to honor that then he should move on.
Make sure to call Honda and confirm the service the manufacturer recommends before taking your car for service. Not all the services recommended at this place might me required or due at the time of service.
Our saleman , Jim Portley, was very efficient, and handled our purchase with great care..He explained everything in detail about the vehicle and made sure we were well informed and comfortable with the purchase..Also, Mike , who handled the finance end, was very efficient. This was our second purchase from this dealership.. Thanks to all who made this such a smooth transaction..
I would definitely recommend going there Derrick is a great salesman and is super friendly helped us out with all our needs and got us a beautiful 2020 Honda Accord sport. Derrick and Mike were amazing help.
