They must hire anyone to change oil because they keep overfilling my sister car almost a qt everytime. 2wd equinox 1.5 only takes 4.25 qt not 5.3 qts get someone that knows what they are doing not anyone off the street. You guys are a dealership don't you have the money to buy a program that tells you this come on now don't you show your customers. Do they even double check them selfs after the oil change and think. This might be really over filled naw they just leave it not his problem right...

Broke down on the side of the road with my daughter while driving north from Flint. Suski had the car towed, work orders written and a loaner available all within an hour. Friendly people who were very happy to help. Thank you!

Suski is the only place that I would ever buy my vehicles. The knowledge and courtesy of my salesperson, Ryan Moore is exemplary. He takes time to sit with me in my new car and set up my OnStar and XM radio. He also explains all the features of the vehicle. Before that he takes care of contacting my insurance company and many other things that help me so much! Suski s service center and body shop are amazing. They really know how to take care of a car! I would never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and I will always use Suski s
service department. I m always treated like a friend by everyone; and I couldn t ask for better friends anywhere!

Ryan and Bill Moore are awesome to work with. They are straight-forward, speedy, and friendly. They always have our best interest in mind. We also appreciate how Nate helped to explain financing and warranty details to us while completing the closing paperwork. Suski has helped us on several occasions whether it be purchasing a new or used vehicle, or by helping us to navigate a warranty repair through the Service Department. Thanks to Tina in Service who kept us well informed on the progress of repairs. Oh, and if you need to wait, their break room is top notch!

Run FAR FAR FAR AWAY!
While we ended up with a good salesman the entire purchasing process was just destroyed by their business manager (or finance manager as some would call them) he lacked knowledge in all areas, took forever, just brought the entire mood down to the point of contemplating leaving.
My wife and I have bought plenty of vehicles especially in the past 6 years with 3 brand new cars. We have never had it take so long, or have been left so confused and in the dark through the process. You can find a better overall buying experience at pretty much any other dealership.

Excellent dealership, great customer service if they don't have the car you want they will find it for you. Always been a good place for auto choices, good staff proud to have them in our town, great service department. As a former employee I can tell you that it's always been Andy Suskis policy to put the customer first.

Always treated with friendly, courteous respect. I arrived very early for an appointment and they were able to fit me into the schedule (not always the case when they are super busy), but they have a clean comfortable waiting area, so I do not complain when I am forced to relax...miss the snacks though (thanks Covid!!!)

With an appointment it should NEVER take over 2 hours. I'm used to Pat McGrath in Cedar Rapids, Iowa which is much bigger and had people dedicated just for oil changes. They had the paper work messed up when I went to check out, not even sure what was to be done was done. I will not go back to Suski (this isn't the first chance either).

Terrible customer service. I came in for a slow leak in my tire and wanted it repaired. They stated it could not be repaired (which is fine, if it's not repairable, it's not repairable) and needed a new tire. I had a buick encore and the new tire was going to be over $172 for one tire. My response was "geeze" to which I was met with "well if you cant afford it we will just put it back together and send you on your way". Are you kidding me? It's not a matter of affording anything. I'll gladly go down the street and pay $190 if that's what they want to charge. Poor customer service and rudeness get you no business.

Got down the road and not only was my hood not latched but there was a lugnut that wasnt put back on. Totten tire down the road was magically able to repair the "unrepairable tire" for a mere $15.

Suski is a joke.

Where to begin? My experience has been incredible. They care about their customers. Not long after I bought my brand new Malibu, I got into an accident. The repair shop worked some magic and their work is wonderful. I am still fighting insurance and the Suski TEAM is standing behind me 100%. It feels good to know they do the right thing for their customer. Well done, Suski. You have a customer for life.

The very WORST experience possible unless your buy...

The very WORST experience possible unless your buying from a buy here pay here lot. This is supposed to be a reputable dealership and obviously they are just scam artists. Bought 2005 Equinox on 2.12.14. 1 week later the head gaskets blew. They covered the repairs since I just bought it, but took a full 4 weeks to get it back to me. I wasnt given a rental car until 2 weeks after they had my car. Got nothing but the run around on all repairs needed, there were several. And all the repairs were just "rigged". I had another mechanic look at it and the parts were used! Now the "new" key FOB they put on it the day I purchased it, is broke. Wont unlock the doors. Plus the locks themselves wont stay unlocked no matter what you do. It just locks on its own. I took it in today to get a new key FOB and was told I have to pay almost $100! I argued with them over this, as my last cars FOB lasted 10 years! The service manager Todd Mosier was the rudest man I have ever dealt with in customer service. Said that they didnt have to fix anything that wasnt under warranty. I said the manufacturer should have a warranty on their parts and he said there was no way to tell if they put a new or used FOB on it, and thats what happens when you buy used cars. Horrible place, I will tell everyone not to go to them, I am leaving this review everywhere I can. Rip off Scam artists are what this dealership is all about. RUN! to another dealership that does not operate like they are a "buy here, pay here" lot.

I do have to say they are willing to make things right. They managed to mess up my drain plug when doing an oil change my previous visit. This resulted in some major work needing to be done to my car. They took care of me however! They gave me a rental and did all the repair work at there expense.

The last time I was at Suski I swore that I would NEVER return. The customer service was horrible ! Especially in the service department. Well, Tina in your Service Department saved you a customer ! She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and I left very satisfied. I still have serious doubts about ever dealing with your sales department again, but your service department has redeemed itself 100%. Great experience! I had two FOBS for my 2010 Chevy Malibu I'm selling that we're not working properly recently. After having a few people look at them I decided to take them directly to the dealership, as who wants to sell an item with things not functioning correctly! After about 5 minutes both FOBs were back in working order! Very professional staff, and I was in and out the door in 15 minutes! Great! Thanks!

I haven't been to this place since 1986 when Andy himself ripped me off.The GPS must of thought I was at Suckis but I was probably at Taco Bell. I had to get a hold of the Michigan department of State bureau of automotive regulations to get my money back from their body shop.

The service techs were great. I was a walk in and the were friendly and took care of my vehicle right away before my wife and I left town. The staff their is very friendly. The waiting room is like going to a friends house and making yourself at home. They have all kinds of tvs with something on them for everyone. The kitchen they have there is stocked better then some homes!

Absolutely terrible service. Vehicle delivered with a "fixed chip" in the windshield and smelled like cigarettes, tires needed to be replaced at 30 days (at my expense) and when the vehicle was returned to me it was on low fuel (3/4 of a tank when Suski picked it up for repair).

Waiting area for customers having vehicle serviced is second to none. Appreciate the friendliness of service employees and other employees at the dealership. Service was completed in a timely manner. Went in to have my windsheild wiper fixed for the 5th time. After getting new wipers. They will go off the side of the car when wiping and get stuck and not work. Well after i brought it to them and they said they fixed it. They didnt i dont think they even looked at it. Go to use my wipers and yeah still the same problem pretty stupid people work there if there was a 0 option i would of gaven them that because thats the amount of help i got 0.
