Our yacht was damaged while they took care of her and made nature responsible. They let me pay for the reparation while holding the yacht as hostage, without informing me they d repair it and whiteout quote in advance. The reparation was not professional it has to be done anew by us. They had to redo the preparation of the yacht for transportation and let me pay for it while holding the yacht as hostage. The weight of the yacht in the crane had a difference over time of 1600kg. They didn t give an explanation although it costed us a lot because it was to heavy for transportation. The prices were high. For one week storage of the mast f.i. I had to pay -with a reduced price- the same as an whole season in NL. Regret not staying in Ginesta and transport her from there. They got better reviews from the transport company.
