Easy going to the dealership. Everyone greets you with a smile and says hello. You can't help but smile back. They have coffee and treats for customers to snack on. Most importantly, I have never had a problem that I have had to take the car back for.

Very good service. Nice people. I wasn't super happy about getting a cheap loaner, or that I had to wait 8 days to get my car back, (waiting for parts) but, that's nobody's fault. Things just happen that way. Still a good experience with good people.

He replaced my heater core. My heater never "WORKED" as good as it does now. Driving to and from work in the frigid temps caused some hypothermia. One less thing I no longer have to worry about

I went to Suski interested in buying a car. My husband and I walked all the way around the car lot, from the used, to out front, down the side with all the new Impala and Malibu to across the back checking out the nice trucks. We then went inside because we had questions.
There were two groups of men talking, two more working at their desks, the greeter lady was getting her things ready to leave for the day. Not one person spoke to us. We came in the side door and exited out the front door. No one had any time for us.
The next day we went to Millington and traded in our 2009 GMC truck for a new 2015 Impala.

Sales team will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. The lobby is 1st class offering various food and drinks. I have bought all 3 of my vehicles from them. Havent had the best experiences with service though not the fault of the company as a whole.

Our experience was wonderful!! From start to finish, everything was easy & positive.Blaine was excellent to work with. Also, the gentlemen that delivered our car were so pleasent and professional.
Worst buying experience ever here. They first off started by giving us the rudest two sales people in the world. After contacting the sales manager, I was given to a wonderful lady by the name of Jackie. She did everything in her power to sell us the car we wanted. After dealing with the management again, she was unable to get us what we wanted and we had to select from one on the lot. The car we were given was the type of car we wanted, but not the interior design, mileage and year range. The car had a lot of cosmetic issues with it that they said they wouldn't fix. When I asked about the safety check and certified used, I was told that it was 100% checked. From the day we drove it off the lot, there was a rattle in the passenger rear side. This rattle later was found to have been from a ball joint that was going bad from day 1 and it was ignored in the safety check. Finally we found that the fuel gauge was messed up and now it's having engine issues. Overall a bad experience.
Recently my car was towed to Suski for repairs because it is a Chevrolet model car. After towing that one to the lot, I was very upset with Suski for causing a tow bill that was way higher than requested. Then they wanted another $1000 on top of the $800 tow bill to fix the car. Tina in service is the only reason this review gets two stars. She has been helpful 100% of the way. Thank you Tina.

Very poor lack of communication. Came twice to have my brakes looked at fixed. Just purchased vehicle on 10-31-20. Shouldn't have a break issue within 1 mon of owning it. No one told me about the fees or the 50/50 after you buy a used vehicle. No communication at all. Wasted my time n your repair shop. Then I slipped n fell In your parking lot on 12-3-20 no one acted like it was important. I stood for 10 mom waiting for someone to get a form... And then no form.... They took my name and said go-to med express. No follow-up. Very poor customer service on the sales man Jason Wendling. He never follows up. And may response days later if ever. Will not bring my car back for maintenance or ever buy another from Suski.
