The experience was great! My ring was classic but I most liked that they ordered the ring I wanted so I could try it on before purchasing. They did the satin finish and engraving in house at no extra charge.

I purchased a genuine Turquoise set from another Jeweler, however they were not able to switch the pierced earnings into clips. About two weeks ago I took the earnings to Susan Eisen's Jewlers and she was able to switch the pierced earnings into clips as my ears are not pierced. I received warm and friendly courteous service. The pierced stubs were replaced with genuine silver clips. I will return again.

I am writing this review on the behalf of my grandmother, who really wanted to let people know about the treatment she received while selling her jewelry here. She traveled from Las Cruces to El Paso, just for the purpose of visiting this store to repair a watch band that had broken, and received a rude welcome. The gentleman that helped her told her that it would cost more to fix than it was worth, what a comment to make! Why should he care, perhaps sentimental value should be considered also? I'm told he called her item a piece of costume jewelry, which, needless to say, sent my grandmother out of this establishment with a bad taste in her mouth.

After going to several jewelers in the area thinking they maybe dishonest. I decided to try my luck at Susan Eisen. I was greeted nicely by her friendly staff who waited on me first, since Susan was with another client. After a small wait Susan was very kind and professional taking the time to look at what I brought in. She weighted and measured my jewelry. Which was a surprise since the other places I had gone to didn't even measure or checked the diamonds that were on my jewelry. Susan made me an offer which was good for 24hrs. Which I didn't need. Susan Eisen provided great customer service. I was there to have a necklace and two pendants cleaned that I was going to be giving to my son who was leaving to the U.S. Navy the next day. Eisen was able to do the cleaning that same day and I was able to present it to my son that night.
