I came to Ms.Eisen for an appraisal on a piece of jewelry. The Eisen team made the experience as easy as possible. After finding that it would be best to keep the piece of jewelry I was appraising, Ms.Eisen changed the type of appraisal to one that could be used for insurance purposes. During the evaluation Ms.Eisen also provided her recommendation and expertise on the future purchase of a new engagement ring. I plan on returning in the future. They took two turquoise stones from an old watch band that belonged to my father, and turned them into pendants for my two teenage daughters. They turned out beautiful. My daughter got her ears pierced and reacted to the silver of the earring, so I googled places and saw this place and rushed here with only 10 minutes till closing, I feel awful being that person that shows up before closing, but they were so kind and helped me out to find a cute earring for my 7 year old! Wanted to sell my father s Patek Philippe watch and Susan the owner wanted to scam me, she offered me $500 Dlls for a watch that was at least worth $5000.
I ll never go back or recommend this place.

Highly recommend! I have a ring that has a unique band that I needed to have resized. We went to several jewelry stores and they either told us they couldn't do it or that it would ruin the band. Susan was not only able to resize the ring perfectly without damaging the band, but it was also completed in just 3 days! The ring looks brand new like it has never been resized. We'll never go anywhere else for jewelry repair!

Me and my wife had a very good and informative time with them. They gave us a fair appraisal on a Vera Wang ring. We had ran into a little bit of a hard time and had to pawn the ring which is the place I purchased it from. I thought I had gotten a great deal at the time of me purchasing it. A real steal if you get my meaning. Well when we returned to the pawn shop to get our ring back . My wife was so excited to have it back she didn't realize it had 2 diamond's missing . We walk out of the pawn shop and jumped in the car. We never even drove off the property . Then my wife noticed the missing diamonds. We quickly went back inside and told them about it. They told us since we didn't mention it before we left it was our fault.. My wife was so upset about it she said let's just get rid of it and later we will buy one to replace it.we went to several places to sell it . They all tried to give us pennies. Then that's where Susan Eisen came in. They gave us top dollar and a very informative appraisal. They explained the entire step by step appraisal process. They paid us the most money and have a very fair price. They treated us with respect considering I wasn't dressed all that well. I recommend to anyone who might be interested in purchasing or selling jewelry to definitely go to them before you finalize any sell or purchase. I give them a 5 star review for a number of reasons.. They're going to be professional and courteous. They don't rob you blind on the the offer they pay for jewelry sold to them. There fair and friendly. I was trying to sell a watch and the first place I went to was Susan Eisen. She told me to go ahead and compare prices with other jewelers and I did so. The other jewelers were all very rude and ignored me when I came in, and looked at me in a condescending manner. Will never go to those places again.
