I needed a few pieces of inherited jewelry appraised and knew Susan Eisen was a highly respected jeweler. Susan was able to tell me right away which pieces were costume jewelry and why. But there was one sweet, delicate bracelet that I didn t think significant because it was quite dull and tarnished. Susan realized right away it was the piece needing an appraisal. Susan added that she could have a few links removed so it could fit my wrist.

That little piece turned out to be a very unusual and unique bracelet. When she revealed it in its cleaned state, it had transformed into a totally different piece. Absolutely gorgeous! A beautiful heirloom to pass on to my daughter in the future. Thank you so much Susan!

Days where counting down and Christmas was soon arriving. I had the idea of making a custom Rosery for my mother-in-law but didn t have the means or the experience to finish a Rosery I had with me. I stopped in to Ms. Eisen s Jewlery store and shared my idea with no one other than Ms. Eisen herself. The situation felt unmanageable but Ms. Eisen took the time to reassure me and help plan out my Vision. Due to the lack of time and the holidays coming I was unsure if the Piece would be finished before Christmas. She asked me to call on that Saturday and to my luck the Rosery was finished. The finished product consisted of an Onyx beaded chain linked by the Center peice which was installed by the jewelers-under there center peice linked together where 5 beads all colored matched to represent the birth stones of My Mother-in-law s closest family members and then finally the Crucifix. Ms. Eisen displayed the finished peice to me impressed herself. She really enjoys the custom peices. I couldn t be sure of the quality of work until once given to My mother-in-law. Her tears and loss of words really spoke on behalf of Ms. Eisen and her associates. Thank you Ms. Eisen for helping me gain some brownie points.

Recently stationed at Fort Bliss, I did not know which Jewelry stores in town were the best. Luckily I had heard a radio ad for Susan and decided to check her out in order to her to sell some unwanted jewelry. Upon arriving, I met with Susan, who is very knowledgeable and interactive with her customers. I like the fact that as the master gemologist she does all appraisals and offers herself. Her appraisal was quick and courteous. She even gave me a 24hr guarantee while I tried to get a better offer. I ended up stopping at six other stores. None were as professional as Susan and her offer far exceeded the others. I will absolutely use her for all my Jewelry needs while in El Paso. Thanks!!!

I just moved to El Paso and came across my grandmother's rings, which were just mixed in with some of my granddaughter's little treasures. Not knowing if they were valuable it was important for me to find a jeweler who was both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Susan immediately recognized the quality and value of the rings and suggested some alterations which would make them wearable for me. Her suggestions were spot on. The rings are beautiful and I can't believe how she salvaged some beauty as well as value out of what appeared (to me) to be costume jewelry. Susan was able to fix a pair of Kendra Scott earrings for me in which the post broke off. They are not a super valuable pair of earrings, but they are some of my favorites. They were easy to work with, very communicative on price and timeframe, and not too pushy on sales in their store. I guess they know if they serve customers well they will become repeat customers! Susan was rude, pretentious, and her way of doing business is ridiculously outdated. I witnessed her multiple times tell someone they would be called back while checking on the status of their jewelry, only to be called back at her leisure (days, even weeks later.) She only takes care of customers based on their looks pertaining to how much money she thinks they will spend. I saw her turn away a black man at the door because she didn t trust him being in the store alone with her. Disgusting establishment, I hope this mediocre at best jewelry story goes under.

Susan is such a patient and amazing woman. She walked me step by step in the process of choosing the very best diamond and ring for my wife. She never once tried to sell me a more expensive diamond or ring. She made sure I was happy at all times. Since Susan is so famous here in town, so I expected to be working with someone else and then maybe Susan would answer any tough questions, but she actually sets aside time to work with each and every one of her customers. I love on the Far East side of El Paso, but i make the trip across town because I know I'll be given 5-star service. Hence the 5 star review I'm giving now!
