We had a mixed experience with Surtroincs, Inc. While some of their products were of great quality, others were a disappointment. The customer service was average, but they have room for improvement.

I recently purchased some products from their website, and I must say I'm quite impressed. The products arrived on time and were of excellent quality. I will definitely be buying from them again.

They are interested in doing business only if you have a large quantity of parts to be anodized. I had an aluminum bracket 4" x 1.5" x 1/4" (which is small) and was quoted $175 for black type II anodize. How are aspiring inventors and product developers supposed to see their dreams come true with these prices? If I was needing 100 brackets then the price would be justified. Why not just throw the 1 part in with someone else's bulk order?

Friendly people, Mike, Natalie, Jason. Great customer service, but you need to have a minimum order size. Just a few pieces is cost prohibitive.

Had a small anodizing order done by them. Excellent work. Results went above and beyond my expectations. Mike Breslin, the sales manager, is very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommended.
