A very smartly put together home for our elderly population it is clean and the residents seem very happy to live there

Super depressing, it is like a Maze. I'm pretty sure that they designed it to either make you go insane or keep your mind sharp by forcing you to remember what hallway leads to this junction to this hallway to this junction to this staircase to this hallway to your room. Ok will never put my parents there because of my grandma's friend that moved there and when he came out of the place to move back in with her he had dementia or it was 100 time worse then before he went in.

The place looks nice but it is deceiving. I don't get claustrophobic or panic attacks. But the first time I went in there to talk to him, I went nuts and started to have a panic attack trying to get out of the place. The second I found a stair lcase I went down it and ran out a emergency exit otherwise I would have been committed due to the terrible confusing layout of the place.

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

I did not however have any interaction with the staff so I can not give any information on their level of service and/or helpfulness.

As a provider who partners with the community, they are an excellent team to work with. If you take a tour, Robin, Amy and Brittany will be there to answer all your questions and help you make the right decision.

As a contractor we work on large scale facilities on a daily basis and see who takes pride in their facility and the type of experience the residents have. Broadway Proper and their general manager Christina Millay are an exceptional example of setting and exceeding a level of service and care that is second to none. When it's time to look at a retirement lifestyle facility for myself or a loved one Broadway Proper will definitely be at the top of the list!!!

Wonderful place to live. However the dining situation leaves a lot to be desired.

I love all the staff the residents are even better full of fun everyday but Wednesday is one of the best.

There are just not enough space to tell you how special Broadway Proper is. As a family member who placed an unwilling parent there some years back please be assured that BP will exceed your expectations. It will not only provide your loved one with excellent food, a great apartment, plenty of activities but peace of mind and most of all a safe environment. Don't be fooled by the size of BP...trust me they care and you'd be amazed how they make sure each resident is well and safe and how each resident watches out for one another. Just give each person placed time to adjust and they will have the "friends" they thought they didn't need, and a great staffing. Call Robin now for more information! :)

Broadway Proper is handling the Corona Virus as well as they can. I can't visit my mom there but pick her up and go to lunch from time to time.
I hear that the food all tastes the same and vegetables are undercooked but that aside I am happy my mom lives there.
COVID-19 is affecting every area of life and to keep the residents sheltered from it is good.
Games are starting to be played again and is restoring a sense of normalcy.
The staff of Broadway Proper interacts with the residents 98% of the time in a good way.

Great property! They have a very friendly and accommodating staff.

My 90-93 year old parents moved in a year ago. My father has passed and the care for my Mom continues to be a blessing. Eldercare is one of the hardest times in life and having patient, sweet, knowledgeable professionals to guide us through new territory in aging issues has been terrific. I spend a lot of time there checking in, but the lion s share of work to help my Mom navigate through senior issues is well addressed by the staff.

Broadway Proper seems like a fun place to work.....

I visit a friend that lives here and think it's great! There are things to do, puzzle floors, gym equipment, and everything is super clean! I don't have an opinion about the food, as I haven't eaten there...but the rooms have small kitchens to do your own thing if you need to.

A good friend lives here and truly enjoys it. So glad that she has such a great place to live.

Broadway Proper/ Tucson Arizona is a terrific retirement living setting. Beautiful landscaped grounds, scenic mountain views, lots of walking paths to keep residents active. The staff is commendable: so interested in helping new residents adjust to a new lifestyle ; dedicated to meeting resident needs. Many activities. Food is tasty and menu varied. Health clinic services available. Ambassadors available to ease the transition from your previous home to your new living accommodations. I am so very contented living here. You will be too!
