SNChart has been a catalyst in fast and efficient Operative Reports and moving our coding team forward.

I have been with Surgical Notes since 2008. In that time I have seen them grow and update their system to keep up with current technology. I especially love the way they have integrated with HST so that my op notes flow directly into the patient's charts once they are signed. They have saved my so much time dealing with paperwork! The coding department is always willing to give advice on codes and diagnosis prior to a case so we can figure out if we will get paid for the case or not, that way we can choose to do it or pass on it.

Surgical Notes was key in helping set up our transciption and coding when our ASC first opened in the DFW area. Our accout rep always responded almost immedately to any question or need we had. On top of that, SN truly values the input of their clients, and it is MORE than obvious when looking at the improves they've made to the SNChart online portal and phone app. The team is motivated, helpful, and always make you feel like priority.

Surgical Notes has been a huge help when it comes to transcribing our op reports. Not only are they almost always accurate, the turn around time is fast. If there is ever any changes or questions to be answered they are always a phone call away and can fix the problem quickly.
