I have been with Surgical Notes since 2008. In that time I have seen them grow and update their system to keep up with current technology. I especially love the way they have integrated with HST so that my op notes flow directly into the patient's charts once they are signed. They have saved my so much time dealing with paperwork! The coding department is always willing to give advice on codes and diagnosis prior to a case so we can figure out if we will get paid for the case or not, that way we can choose to do it or pass on it.
