Takes forever to get loaded. Called 40 minutes before we arrived and they said our load was ready. Got here,checked in,said they would call soon as they had a
door--,funny cause there were empty doors. Waited an hr plus,went back, then they said didn't have product. Other trks coming after us were loaded, one with as many pallets as us. It is fcfs so we were here before these other trks. Amazingly this same thing happened to us last Sat. Maybe they dont like us or the place we are hauling to!! There is a young man in chk-in office that to me is on the verge of being rude(punk,my opinion). Not a nice experience.
