My experience with Surfline is becoming horrible. It looks as if they have a subtle way of making you lose data. These days, I don't receive SMS to the effect that bundling expiry date is close, only for me to lose my data. They may lose a key customer very soon.

Surfline customer support (Sammy) reached out and suggested we use a stabilizer for the router. Give or take random ECG dumsor issues, the router has been a lot more stable. The longest on time has been 3 days where as before it was more than 2x a day. There is still the occassional internet signal disappearing which gets 'managed' by simply turning off and on the router.

I have been testing Surfline now for over 8 months. The list of problems is long. The #1 issue is that they installed an outdoor unit ODU and since then every day it goes off and I have to reset. Trying to get customer support to rectify the issue led to a threat from Support saying if I don't like their system they will come and take it away.

I have been very patient with them and requested a fix for their router. They tell they don't know when the next consignment is so I should manage. Manage what? Dumsor? Turn it off and it Internet is restored for a few hours, then dumsor again?

The big error today when copying files to my server using secure copy:
client_loop: send disconnect: Broken pipe
lost connection

In my view a big fraud ! Data credit disappear,even when the Mifi is off, the customer service portal is only sporadically available, complaint mails and letters are not answered.Above all, no contact address on website, nor feedback form.
And the alleged transparency provided by ostensibly being able to download your data consumption history, the button conveniently does not work ! After a /most likely unsuccessful complaint with the utterly useless NMC/ I have no choice than to sue them.

My experience is very horrible and I don't know if it because I still use it that is why surfline find a way to steal my data since I bought always on I have never been able to watch anything on my television with the data why surfline in fact if nothing is done about it in 48 hours i will put it on Facebook

Surfline without a doubt is EXPENSIVE. I managed to exhaust 15GB plus free 5GB promotion package in addition to free 2 GB on weekends within 10 bloody days. All the added freebies still doesn't compensate for the high charge per megabyte. Worse of, the occasional drop in the connection is of grave annoyance.

Busy internet has proven slow but inexpensive and majorly consistent in their connections

I reckon my neighborhood could be responsible for the slow speed or Busy is just not as fast as Surfline (arguably).

Teledata claims to provide speeds at 10mbs, yet to try them also. Expect to pay over 900 Ghana cedis in installation fees alone. There is a cap of 5GB a day with guaranteed speed and variable speed after you have exhausted the 5GB. This applies for 30days in their definition of unlimited bundle.

MTN and Vodafone isn't cheap either. Worse speeds to name a few albeit MTN would beat Vodafone any day in speed. Vodafone tend to have attractive packages though.

Internet is really expensive in Ghana. YaClick would blow your sock off with their prices.

I purchased 15 GB of data from Surfline on the 11th of January 2020 and today 17th of January 2020 it was finished. Working 5 days a week ( Mon - Fri), which means that i am not home during the day. I also chatted with an employee and shes trying to convince me that its not about the days but activities. So what about Vodafone and MTN? I use 4GB a month with Vodafone and i still roll-over with some data.

Advice: Do NOT use Surfline because they are expensive!

This is the worst ever internet service provider I have ever come across, they are so unreliable, the internet works when ever it chooses to, max , very inconsistent and intermittent. I do not advice anyone to buy this product. This is the worst every product in Ghana. I regret spending my money on this product.

Horrible horrible devices and if you go through the review you ll know. The battery of the device gets soooo hot like it s on fire and bloats. This is the third device I ve bought and in less than 1 week it happened again. Look for good supplies for your devices and stop changing battery for customers instead
