Surfline customer support (Sammy) reached out and suggested we use a stabilizer for the router. Give or take random ECG dumsor issues, the router has been a lot more stable. The longest on time has been 3 days where as before it was more than 2x a day. There is still the occassional internet signal disappearing which gets 'managed' by simply turning off and on the router.

I have been testing Surfline now for over 8 months. The list of problems is long. The #1 issue is that they installed an outdoor unit ODU and since then every day it goes off and I have to reset. Trying to get customer support to rectify the issue led to a threat from Support saying if I don't like their system they will come and take it away.

I have been very patient with them and requested a fix for their router. They tell they don't know when the next consignment is so I should manage. Manage what? Dumsor? Turn it off and it Internet is restored for a few hours, then dumsor again?

The big error today when copying files to my server using secure copy:
client_loop: send disconnect: Broken pipe
lost connection

Come on, please CEO, do something.
