Great people and very professional helped my company

Was very impressed by this surety company. They provided me a bond that another company told me would take a day or two to approve. Fast, fast, fast. I am VERY satisfied and would recommend these people. Friendly and overly polite personnel

This place is good. They were quick. 1 day. I run a DME Company and was nervous without the face to face contact, however, they did excellent and everything I needed was completed in less than 24 hours.

I sent my application to their email address for underwriting and nothing! Total silence. No acknowledgement and no reply. Don't chance sending your information to these people; they likley never intended to process my application through their own portal/email system. Just a way to get your personal information,

Great experience, with one detraction. Overall my experience was great. I found them online, chatted my question, got an immediate answer (with about 5 other answers to questions I had), got the link to the form I needed, submitted it, and had a final signed, sealed document from Surety One by that evening. I even had two different people email me to tell me they were working on it during the day; obviously they are set up to work as a team and all have visibility of open tickets.

The only negative was the all too typical deceptive answer to my question over chat:
Me: "and what is the cost for this form to be completed?" (Note: we had already established exactly what I needed and they had already sent me the link to the document)
Chat: "the application is free."
Me: "wow! That's fantastic..." etc.
Of course once I submitted the form I was told it would be processed "immediately... upon receipt of the $350 fee."
Sure, the actual "application" was free, meaning I could send them an email and not pay them to allow it into their collective inboxes. But if I wanted them to read it and do anything, that'll be three-fifty. So the chat answer wasn't a lie, but certainly could have been more honest.
Otherwise... great experience and I would recommend them.

The absolute #1 place you should be looking for your surety bond. The ceo, Constantin went out of his way to give me my bond late into the afternoon. By doing so he saved me days of waiting for it in the mail. This is a company that truly cares about their customers before anything else. Thank you Surety One, and thank you Constantin.

This company is the best! I've been with Surety for many years off and on and the last couple of years I have about ten bonds through them for different states where I am licensed. I work as a consultant and expert witness and I needed a bond for a sudden licensing requirement for a state that I'm working in. We have a deadline on a big case and I need my license asap. Without original bonds I can't even apply for the license. I thought I would give a local agent a chance to earn the two contracting bonds since he set up some liability insurance for me. It took him a week to get the bonds and the bonds were sent to me in PDF format (which is fine to review them), with someone else's company name (he didn't pick up on that), and he told me I didn't need the originals, that I could print the bonds and send the copies with my license application. I've been in this long enough to know that all state entities want the original bond and it would have delayed the process at least another two weeks if I had sent in a copy of the bonds. I told him to reissue the bonds in the proper entity name, on the proper state bond, and mail me the originals. A week later and still no bonds. I told him to cancel my request that I'm going with Surety. Constantin immediately set me up with Taylor who was amazing! Taylor communicated immediately and concisely, and in less than 24 hrs the original bonds were in the mail. They had the correct entity name, were on the proper state required forms, and there were no mistakes. Not only that, to top it off, the pricing was significantly lower than the local agency.
With true sincerity, thank you all for always pulling through and getting things done! I should have just come to you all to begin with, it would have saved me two weeks and a lot of frustration. Once again you haven't let me down.
