Got interview there. The person who took interview is not professional, and the way he asks questions irritates you. That guy went out after asking me each question, don't know why. I don't think he is busy with development. Hr is good.

Unprofessional way of hiring process with one of our client..... Recruiter don't give the detail information regards the position initially when they call and they first do all the interview and assignment things after that they say your are selected and you have to give bond for 2 years and you have to submit your original document of 10th,12, and btech. (Are you kidding me ???). Then my client said why should i submit docs ?? and give you bond ? they said we will invest on you and on your training so that you don't change the company .(Nic joke , your hiring candidate who is already trained and intern with 2 successful projects. What else will you train bro) 2nd thing the manager said we can't accept the oral confirmation for 2 years of job we need your documents as we already face the same issues in company as few employes left the job in 3 months (ok fare enough but still you have to come up with some professional way of solving this kind of problem do some root cause analysis , get to know why your employees are leaving your company, then come up with some solutions . not solutions like give us your original docs so that you can rule him. We are in the 21st century and the first ones to experience a whole new digital world. I wish i could attach the audio files of calls of manager and the recruiter. but sure will publish some where.
