Very bad service did not turn up after receiving money no responsibility and response dont even receives calls do not buy any services from them FRAUD company !!!!

Beware! Fraudulent company. They will take your money and won't provide you any services. Do not pay them! Please file a case with National Consumer Helpline if you have had an experience with them.

Support Direct India Pvt Ltd is a fraud Company I have experienced this. I am from Pune and own a gym.

They came for shoot 2 times and was very harsh unprofessional and never made any virtual reality tour did fraud with me and now they have left Pune and not answering my calls.
Their staff is unprofessional I tried calling them but now they behave as if they dont know me and who are you.
I request all business and customers to not do any business with Support Direct Pvt Ltd.
Abhishek Varma is a fraud person and I have collected all necessary data proofs about him.
I will definitely take action against this fraud company and also be connecting with Google with what has happened on thier behalf.

Fraud... Its been two months i have paid them but still work has been done. Mr. Pralhad who collected the money from me now has to say that he no more visits the area i am situated in. Mr. Dipesh who works in their office is useless. Listing of categories was supposed to take upto 3 days to function its now 10 days... But ders nothing. These good for nothing people dont even have the courtesy to reply to your mails. Made a big mistake should have read their reviews before.

The got me QR code for easy review process. They helped with categories of my business. They gave me the proper knowledge of Google my business.

disgusting service... took all the payment but not at all work done in 3 months... I only got some photos uploaded and even those photos aren't edited or well composed I wish I could give stars in "minus"

I have revised my rating upwards since they finally did do my work. They take crazy amount of time to finish their work. While asking me for my money they agreed to everything and ask for payment in advance. But while delivering they delay. It took me over 4 months to get my work done from them.

Total waste of time and money. The worst service experience ever. Google should take action against you as you use their name to market yourself. Hope you realise that their are better business models to earn money than by cheating people. That would earn you guys some respect atleast.

Have taken payment from us for 3-Subscription services of "360 Degree Virtual Tour" & "My Business Page" on Google Platfrom on Dt. 2nd January 2019 but have not completed the hosting inspite of our repeated reminders / follow ups.

Support direct don't even deserve for 1 star. Biggest fraud company. They give all the assurance till you pay money, after that they don't even pick the call. Beware of these kind of company.

Randeep and his team are fraud. These people just come and collect money from you and there won t be any communication after that. I agree with other negative reviews here. Please don t sign up with this fraud company. Save yourself and your money from this cheaters.

I regret signing up for their services for my cafe in Shimoga. They will send good representatives who will convince shop owners about advantages of having their services, they will show some well implemented examples of Tier 1 city to lure Tier 2 city proprietors into opting their services. However, after payment delayed response, they rarely respond to e-mails. They promise to resolve within 48hrs in their first e-mail but it will take more than 48 days they won't do anything. I opted for their services in May and they still they haven't fulfilled the complete service. I may think of revising the ratings if they fulfill my services or else I am spreading the word to other friends in different cities asking them to avoid SUPPORT DIRECT INDIA.

On more than 2 occasions my 360 degree tour was finalised with date and time confirmation and then no follow up what so ever...

This is a fraud company. I have had similar experience like others who have written reviews. Their executive visited my office claiming to be from Google. On further interrogation, I realized he is not from Google but from Support Direct India Pvt Ltd. They took cheque payment, one person came to take pictures of office and even uploaded on google.

However after 1 month all pictures were deleted and now I cannot find any pictures online. I have called their sales staff, office numbers, toll free no.s nothing is working.

Please be aware. They are CHEATERS.

Pathetic service from support india, Representative will only answer until u make the payment once tats done your into big trouble. They cal u 100 times before u mak a payment once it's cleared u need to call 100 times to get through with the agent.
