Today I revised my feedback again here, Thank you so much , Varsha ma'am, who handled my Case.
I got refund my money in time as she promised . My best suggestion is that Please kindly inform to the customer about processing time before collecting amount . Hungry paid customers will ask about processing time or when will start or how long it will take ?? Varsha ma'am responsed me everything. When I requested for refund, she was agree without argument. She is a the one highly professional staff in support team. All staffs and Manager are like her, it will be so good.
Sale executive promised me in 10 days (max) but after paid and after 2 days he said me again 30 days to 40 days. My blood pressure was increased suddenly. I started looking for this company profile and local office address to check the fake.
I found many victims like me in the google reviews.
The manager dint responsed my call and text. Sale excutive said me to contact customer care for refund . He dint helped me for refund.
Finally I called to the customer care, I was surprised about the responsed from Varsha ma'am. Salute ma'am, keep it up. I came to know its genuine company from your responsed.
I hope , I will come back again to get this package for my business. I hope all staffs will be genuine professional like Varsha Ma'am from now.

never trust this people,they take money and do not assist.i have paid you guys on 14 dec 2019,still work not done,and they promised 10 days.worst part is they do not receive ur call,no matter even when you call 1000 times.once money is taken,their responsibility is over.such company should be sacked.they are big time frauds.i dont know who is the person replying on reviews,i guess you should concentrate more on work getting done and not just replying here.

These guys are fraud. They promise you moon, present themselves as professionals, take your money and never respond. Please do yourselves a favour by not getting into business with them. I wonder how many more are getting robbed on a daily basis by this company .

Worst experience with them, as the amount has been taken in advance from me and my beside outlet ( 2 contracts) & was promised to photoshoot prior 8-10 days, where it is now 1 month and they came visited my outlet took the amount & after that no contact at all, calling them from last 1 week no response & not even picks up the call.. Got another provider with half cost but got stuck with this. Atleast i expected a professional & quick service, none happened.

Cub 003374 is my reference number for google street view services. I have paid rs.5310. They have promised me that they upload 360 degree view of shop, qr code, correct google location, etc.
They have given me a very poor quality of 360 degree view of the store, they have not give me the correct Google location (in google maps it is showing 1 or 2 minutes walk from my store), they have given me a soft copy of qr code, not even a printed copy.
Most surprising thing is that there are other company executives who are offering me HD Quality 360 degree view services and telling that our company people wouldn't do such poor quality of work.
Once one company person comes, takes money on behalf of google street view services, next time that company person is unseen, new company person comes and they do not or can not take responsibility of the earlier company executive's improper work. Till now there are around 3-4 different company executives visited my store for offering Google street view services with HD quality.
What should I do ? Should I pay again and get it done or will they only rectify...

Rats. Headed by Mr Suvarna. Please report them to the police if they visit your store promising Google related services within BLR city limits.

They cheat people..they will take money and then will not respond at all. After many calls one guy came to shoot 360 degree view. After that it was not uploaded. Again after numerous calls they say that the photos are deleted by mistake so a new shoot is needed. Its months now and only photos are uploaded and no 360 degree. And no reply from these people. Better to avoid them .

As the reviews even i have the same issue Support direct pvt ltd is a fraud company the person name suraj has visited my store collect details and the amount of 5310 including GST and informed me that they will be a photo shoot but the person is still on the way to visit my store for the photo shoot even i had tried to contact the head office but still no response but now very soon i m going to file a F.I.R agenst the company and the person name suraj now very soon we will meet in the frount of honourable chef justice .

Amazing. !! After I got the 360 degree photography for my office. The recruitment skyrocketed !!
Now I have much more better quality people working in my company than before !!

Its is awesome agency which has a good platform and deals with MNCs and had a good oppertuinity.theyhad 360 degree feature with complimentry feature its mind blowing

This is a FRUAD company, took 5300 Rupees
at shop just to click photos of the shop an upload it to Google my business which is already a free service. They are not providing the refund when i asked them to cancel the deal. Will file a case in consumer court even it costs lakhs to me but i i wi teach them a lesson.

Fake promises.My details have not updated till now.

Please do not trust this company, its a fraud company and never keep there word and never do services in time. I can share all my experiences...lively.Please my dear friends dont trust Mr. Rana who is Marketing person and team... if any one comes to your company...

I, have paid for google listing package.
The 360 degree shoot has been done couple of weeks back. I was promised they would go live within 5 days. Still it is not live.
No update on pinpoint location. No update on website. My business page is the same what I had created it.
There is no follow up from the executive you sent to sell subscription.
It s me who has been asking for updates. Obviously as I am the one who has made the payment. Your team doesn t care as they have received complete amount.
This is highly unprofessional from your side.
Revert back with complete resolution ASAP.

Looks like a I am been cheated or it s a fraud company.
