I regret signing up for their services for my cafe...

I regret signing up for their services for my cafe in Shimoga. They will send good representatives who will convince shop owners about advantages of having their services, they will show some well implemented examples of Tier 1 city to lure Tier 2 city proprietors into opting their services. However, after payment delayed response, they rarely respond to e-mails. They promise to resolve within 48hrs in their first e-mail but it will take more than 48 days they won't do anything. I opted for their services in May and they still they haven't fulfilled the complete service. I may think of revising the ratings if they fulfill my services or else I am spreading the word to other friends in different cities asking them to avoid SUPPORT DIRECT INDIA.
