Turnaround time to resolve an issue, get a question answered waaaaay too long (started in March and just got resolution end of June)
Leave a message for callback, no one calls back
Can't leave message for callback because box full
Updated computer system: created more problems (I was never informed, so I had to play detective to figure out what went wrong with my payments.)
RUDE!!!
Collections Department agent/rep: ALISON MILLER - Megarude!-Condescending, interrupts before you can finish a sentence, offered to put me on hold because I was taking too long to tell her what I needed to say, then defended her rudeness. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

These agents/reps are very respectful and helpful. My one star rating is for them.
