If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke with Allison today and she was extremely condescending and not willing to work with me or budge not even 1/2 an inch. As I explained to them many times, I have not once denied this debt was mine. Not one time. I know I owe it and I am not trying to get out of paying it. I am, however, trying to set up a payment plan I can live with. She proceeded to tell me basically the number I offered to pay monthly was just horrible and she very condescendingly said " We would get more than double that if your wages were garnished". I asked if they were willing to make a payment arrangement at all and I got a big fat nope. I would like to thank you, Allison for the disgusting customer service and absolute 0% compassion. I know you are out to get payment but knocking good, willing to negotiate payment people down is the lowest form of life there is. It's the Holiday season. I hope you or no one in your family fall on hard times and are unable to make payments on an account, if that should happen though, i hope you deal with someone EXACTLY like you.
