This was my second purchase at Superior Acura. Both experiences were easy processes. I enjoy the courtesy throughout the entire staff. Kool Ken is a newer salesman to Superior Acura, but very experienced with the Honda Products (17-18 years) . I'm in a great vehicle at a fair price. Thanks Ken for making the process an enjoyable one!

Unexpectedly- Not a good experience today at Super...

Unexpectedly- Not a good experience today at Superior Acura.
As I had purchased a new TLX there a few years ago (great experience/ easy transaction) and I had let Loyd Doughty ( good salesman) know that I would be back to purchase a new RDX in January to take the place of that TLX. I considered Superior a trusted and Valued dealership - my #1!!
Thats why I went there first and only there, wanting to purchase and knowing that I would purchase from there today.
Well that never happened, being a regional sales mgr myself I get the car sales game knowing the salesman is in the middle, but to play that game and make an offer on a car marked on the windshield at $26,980 and to have the newly assigned Used Car Sales Mgr Rick come back with only and I do mean only a 1.4% @ $26,600 discount off window price and not budge was very surprising. I even personally talked with him and he was condescending towards me.
I had great experiences previously with purchase and servicing at Superior.
Saddened that i thought a valued/loyal customer would be treated differently, because I started the day with a call and only a call to Superior, because I considered them MY valued dealership. I have even sent several other people who have purchased Acuras there, one being my neighbor who s Acura I can see as I write this review.

Surprisingly disappointed from an Acura customer.

Stay away from their service center. They are clue...

Stay away from their service center. They are clueless and do trial and error fixing. The service manager and desk employees are some of the most arrogant and rude people you could ever deal with. If i could give my overall experience lower number I would. Sales staff if only in it for the sale and then your are garbage to them. Service gouges your eyes out with costs and you end up taking your auto mobile back multiple times for the same issues. Worst car buying and service I have ever received at a dealership. STAY AWAY!!! and tell your friends!!!

I had been looking for a Volkwagen GTI for quite sometime when I ran across the 2013 GTI that Superior Acura had, I had looked at many of them but non came to close to the one they had, I drove 50 miles to look at it and I got the absolute best service I've ever had. All the people were very nice and very knowledgable of the product. At no point did I ever feel pressured about buying the car, they even let me take it all the way back home and really check it out. They gave me a good price on the car along with a new battery and detail. I've never been treated so well by a car salesman. I walked away a very happy customer that's for sure! If anyone need a new car go see Gavin Glevicky at Superior Acura!

A terrific experience once again as Steve Swantko does a terrific job! A very detailed, professional process with the customer first he is also very knowledgeable of the product when reviewing the vehicle we purchased. A true expert, very helpful and knows the product as we are repeat buyers of a new Acura MDX.

The Sales Manger Lenny & Business Manager Brandon are both fantastic people, very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with making it an easy transaction for the second time.

If you are in the market let them show you a great product along with their great treatment. A great team.

I was out looking for cars when my husband called me about a guy at Superior Acura sales that he was highly impressed with. I reluctantly came over preparing to meet some pushy salesman. Instead, much to my surprise, I had the pleasure to meet Konrad who truly made an impression on me with his professionalism, knowledge and no-pressure approach. Konrad was extremely helpful and resourceful in making sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My experience with Superior Acura, specifically Konrad, his manager Jorge and the finance manager Chad was a very positive one. I would not only considered purchasing from this team in the future but would also highly recommend Konrad to anyone that desires and can appreciate a smooth, honest (with no pressure) buying experience.
