I recently came here to purchase a new car and the service was outstanding! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was no one lurking about or trying to sell me something I didn t want. I would recommend this dealership hands down!

Worst dealership ever! Bought a Pacifica there 3 weeks later completely broke down on me. Told them about it. They said they wouldn't do anything about it. Thousands of dollars later fixed it. Tried to go back to trade it in they wouldn't even look at it.

Today I bought my son his first car was really impressed. Excellent customer service in and out 1hour I will highly recommend super auto to all my family & friends .I would like to thank Miguel Miranda and Joseph A Trujillo for making this the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.The fiance lady there was very nice to. Great place to buy a car, i didn't have the best credit but they were still able to get me financed on a car i actually liked not like all the other "buy here pay here" places i went to, trying to get me an old ford taurus with a bunch of miles.

I was looking to purchase a car at different dealerships up and down Colfax and didn't find anything I liked. I stopped of at SuperAuto because I saw they had a good variety of vehicles. Their lowest price car is 13k. They are disrespectful, rude, and treat people very poorly. They DO NOT finance anything guaranteed. They tried to force a credit app. Do not go here. You will get ripped off.

Joe, the manager, said that the carfax did not disclose anything about the extensive rust on the underside of the Lexus GX470 I bought there, so he did not need to disclose anything to me! Wow - I gave him a chance to rectify the issue by paying half of the body shops estimate, which at the time was only $500 cost to him (Estimate is now much more after further evaluation-some body shops said it cannot be repaired and will not touch it) He did offer to trade it in for something else, only after pestering by email and calling, and eventually just showing up at the dealership, but the cars in my price range also had issues - more rust on 2 others, passenger door would not open on the 3rd. He promised a resolution by noon the following Monday, but never heard back from him. I now have to spend a nice chunk of change to get all the rust off the frame and underside parts of the vehicle, and hope it does not break down on me while driving. Do yourself a favor, and get it inspected before you buy, especially from this place.

My family has bought cars from here for years, it was time to trade in my old car for a new one and as always i was not disappointed with the wide variety of cars. No prices on website for any trucks, if you're going to waste my time right off the bat I'll move on (but I do appreciate the quick response). It would be easier to rule out options that are not a good fit if all of the vehicles had at least a ballpark price but I will inquire via email. Thank you for your time.

Strange, all the good people, most of them who gave it 5 stars, talk about "cesar", what a coincidence that everyone says the same ... when I went, this person is arrogant and arrogant ... besides, all the cars are overrated ... With too many miles for what they cost ... for me they are a total scam ... they sell overpriced vehicles to our Hispanic people, and to others very reluctantly, arrogant, rude, and if you tell them their truths even mocking ... very, very bad taste.

Scheduled a test drive over the phone and stopped by when I was in the area.
I thought it was suspicious that I had scheduled a test drive on a car that was still buried in the showroom floor, but thought nothing of it.
They requested to check my credit before the test drive to make sure that I was financially able to purchase the car, no problem.
They jerked me around at first by telling me that:
I was told that my credit was not high enough. (719)
I informed them that I would not be financing the entire car, and told them the amount of my intended down payment. They said I would need a higher down payment, and I said no problem.
Finally, I offered to show them the value of the car in cash in my bank account on my phone to prove that I could afford the car.
Earlier I had said that I didn't want to buy same day, and they finally told me that the real reason they would not let me test drive the car is because I was not "ready to buy" that day.

I am assuming that they never were going to let me test drive the car, and that no matter how much I called them out on their bull, they were never going to let me in the position of a serious buyer (I was).

I am not the type of person who would purchase a car the same day I test drove it, ever. I am not sure how this company is still in business if they treat customers like this, lie to them, and expect them to come back.

I bought a gmc acadia here and could not regret the purchase more. The first 90 days it was in the shop for all but two weeks. Then ended up having to put a new engine in the car and it's still leaking and still has wiring and electrical issues. I bought the car for 7500 and put 1k down and somehow now the buyout price is over 10k. My all time worst car purchase ever. When i test drove the car their was no problem and nothing seemed out of order. Then after purchasing it not 30 minutes later it breaks down and I take it to a parts store and have them pull codes off the computer only to have the guy look at me and say "someone disabled the computer" seems they purposely didn't have much gas in the car for the test drive for a reason. The whole purchase feels very very shady.

Walking out with a new car, and very happy with the service and customer service provided! Selva and Joe helped my husband and I, and they got us a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Journey. No hassling or following us around while we look unless we had questions. Fast processing and payment. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!!

I've recently had a bad experience with a company, which more so made me mad over anything else. So I'm gonna be that person that writes a bad review for all my friends and family to see. So this place, Super Auto Company off of Sheridan and Colfax screwed us over. My dad and I went in last night to see about getting me a newer car. My dad wanted to trade my car in for a few grand and put that towards the car he was going to get there. Told the salesmen and he approved. I got approved for a car and we went and looked and I picked one. It was a Buick. Well we ran all the numbers and whatnot. The bank wanted $1,500 down and I only had $500 cash right then and there. So we asked if it would be possible to pay $500 now and hold the car and sign an agreement and pay the rest in a couple weeks, as my dad had previously been told by them could happen. They said they'd need to ask their manager and see what he said about it because he usually likes more down. So he said we would sign all the papers and get everything ready so we could just take the car home tomorrow (tonight) without issue as long as the manager okayed it. He said he'd take the car off the market. It was ours. He said he'd text both my dad and I at 1:30 today with the answer. I waited until 3 and called and apparently the salesman was off today. He said he'd try to reach him and have the salesman call me tomorrow if he couldn't reach him. Well my dad went in after work and found out they weren't going to give us enough for the trade in and asked for the money we put down ($400) back and no deal. The guy told him no, that since he took the car off the market they had all rights to deny the "refund". Well my mom and dad went in there tonight to get that back because I didn't get to take the car home. I never even got to test drive it and the guy never got back to me on whether or not the manager okayed this plan. He acted condescending toward my mom and treated my dad like crap. But we got the money back. But if my mom had not gone in there, we'd be out $400 for trying to buy a car from someone who just screwed us over. That's all. Screw you Super Auto Company.

I came to Super Auto Co to check out a Ford Raptor. They where quick to helping me and showing me the truck. The sales rep was very chill and didn't pressure me at any moment. I test drove the truck loved it and was approved. Great place to buy a vehicle!

Bought a car for my son here today. We we greeted by Miguel the minute we pulled up and he helped us pick out something in our price range. We then moved on to financing with Joe, who had us financed and out the door in about an hour or so. This was the the best buying experience I've had!!! Miguel, Joe and the financing girl were awesome!!!! We will see you back soon to buy our new truck!!!

My husband got a car from here and the day he got it, he told them there was a noise. We took it in and they said there was nothing wrong. Come to find out the axel was bent because the tires were too small! Now the transmission is suck in 3rd. Don't get a vehicle from here!
