And of course won t accept my trading now , first this I was asked was DO YOU HAVE A DOWN PAYMENT after asking if we where moving forward!

Salesman was great. I found a truck that looked great online, and well over priced. Figuring with it being that over priced it would be in great shape, WRONG! The truck had alot of body damage and wasn't showing on the carfax or vehiclehistory.com. I've been looking for a truck 3 months now, and never saw a truck in worse shape for the price. I drove over an hour to come look at their "bait car" beware going here. I saw the other bad reviews also, and ignored them. Im guessing the good reviews are probably paid for. Good luck!
The price did NOT reflect the price. It was a gimmick to get people in to settle on other vehicles. call it what you want but Google will call it as they see it. 40k for a extremely beat up truck witch crushed in bed and rusting spots where the damage is at, and on top of that. It didn't show up on the carfax. So I'm guessing one of you took it home, wrecked it, and now its up for sale at full price??? Reflect that! Lol you messed up and its getting called out.

The salesman Ivan has a serious problem listening and when you ask him a question he just ignores you and pretends like you didn't even ask a question. Ivan told us to come to talk to his sales manager yesterday and when we showed today we were never introduced. They have a slow credit system which will tell you your credit score from months ago rather than your most updated score and when you ask why there a hundred points missing from your credit score, they will look at you with a blank face and continue talking like your question does not even matter. Thanks sales management, thanks for making me drive out of my way to come to your office for you NOT to meet with me.

I got a Tahoe from this place, the salesman was the general manager, he sold me a unsafe vehicle As soon as i left I texted him and called him, he wouldn t let me back into the lot. I ve been trying to get a hold of the GM and 5 days later still nothing. I won t buy anything else from them, but I m not done ..
Although they always seem to have good looking stock, when I entered the lot, I spent 20 minutes walking around looking at cars without a single contact from an employee. I saw a couple of cars I would have been interested in finding out more information, test driving, etc, but when after nearly a half hour on the lot with no assistance or movement from inside the office, I finally left.

These people are good at advertising and they would not stand benhind their action. Bought a car with clean record according to Carfax and later found that the car has been in an accident thru Auto Check at Carmax. The vehicle is appraised at $4000 at Carmax, but the vehicle was sold at $19,500. Reported, but please stay away from these junkies. "25 years in business?" scam and lies thats how they survive. The title is still clean, but it has been poorly repaired and got a frame damage. This info had never been disclosed. If an accident happens in the future, lives will be lost. Be aware!

During its time in business, Super Auto has established a reputation in the community for honesty, integrity and fair dealing. I purchased a 2007 Lexus 250is from Super Auto four years ago. I'm told by my mechanic it should last another 100K Miles.
I see that everyone has good comments but in my opinion if they fit well as any seller but in reality all the ads that are seen outside are lies. Dial 15 min proper credit. Bad credit bankruptcy nothing of that is true. I say it because I already went. And they did not approve anything for my bad credit. And also for the bad credit they asked me a lot for the down payment ... If I had good credit and 4,000.00 clear that I was going to a new car agency.
