A Belgian doctor was suspended by the Medical Disciplinary Court for one year at the end of December, after he irreparably damaged the penis of a Maastricht resident during an operation. The doctor worked at the Reinaert clinic in Maastricht in 2007, where he was asked to remove a swelling of the patient's sexual organ.
The affected patient tells his story to reporter Arthur Hubers under the pseudonym Peter Wolfs. The Reinaert clinic did not want to respond. The Belgian doctor says he never promised the patient that he would have a normal functioning penis after the operation.

Very friendly staff and you will be helped enormously quickly. Very adequate and pleasant clinic. No free parking options but easy to reach.

I had an appointment at Dr. Reinaert's Clinic. J. de Waal Malefijt and after waiting for half an hour it turned out that the gentleman went home without helping me. After he had been called, he announced that he would not be coming back because he had a different appointment. You just don't believe this !!!

Non-empathic, unfriendly and inhuman are the key words of my visit to the Reinaert Clinic.
