When I arrived for appointment was going to stay but asked about going for breakfast they were happy to get a shuttle to take me and picked up me when my car was ready

I had the best experience purchasing my F-150 from Sunshine Ford. Their Sales Manager (Frank SImpson) is the best in the biz, followed by their great sales staff (Bailey). They offer the best value you can get from any dealer, period. I highly recommend this dealership!

Sales and service are excellent at this dealership. I went in and closed a deal in 2 hours. Service is top notch - my old and new Lincoln get equal quality work. The service advisors make appointment scheduling easy and keep you posted on what to expect. I highly recommend this location.

I have purchased or lease 4 vehicles in 3 years from Sunshine Ford Family Dealership. I have also had service performed as prescribed for the vehicles mentioned. I can only state that every single promise from the purchase to the service on all four vehicles has been exceptional. You can clearly get one of the owner on the phone - one brother at one location and the other at the second location. They really continue the tradition of customer service and in today's world that is very hard to find. I historically do not give a 5 star reviews. But this time for service always in the customer's favor and with a sincere thank you for purchasing from their dealership or the follow up when certain basic items were in need of repair. I live in Massachusetts but traveled to the Newburgh area to visit family over Easter. During my drive there, my car's tire started deflating and ultimately went flat. A temporary donut tire was put on but now I needed a replacement tire that day as Easter was the next day. I called Sunshine Ford and John could not have been any more helpful. He found the tire and squeezed my car in as an emergency appointment that day. I was all set in a few hours and they even washed my car! I really feel John went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service; and I would highly recommend this dealership for service.

Sunshine Ford just needs to stop recommending Hollywood Sounds to customers. Followed what I assumed would be a valid recommendation from an accredited dealership to somewhere with awful customer service and inability to back up their work. Due to this partnership I will be taking my business to Mahwah Ford in the future where additional work to my vehicle can be done all in one place.
